The aim of this paper was to investigate the effects of superfine pulverization(Geometric mean particle size<50 μm)and enzyme compound addition(containing cellulase 760 U·kg-1,xylanase 9000 U·kg-1,phytase 800 U·kg-1 and ferulic acid easterase 120 U kg·1)on nutrient digestibility of the diet containing high level of defatted rice bran in growing pigs.Components and contents of NSP and phenolic acids,content of uronic acid and phytate were determined and calculated by gas chromatography(GC),high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),ultraviolet spectrophotometer(UV)and iron precipitation method,respectively,which provided a base for the selection of enzyme type.Four crossbred castrated boars(Duroc x Landrace x Youkshire)with an average weight of 45 kg were T-cannulated at ileum terminal and were fed four tested diets,i.e.,(defatted rice bran diet,ultrafine pulverized defatted rice bran diet,enzyme added defatted rice bran diet and enzyme added ultrafine pulverized defatted rice bran diet.enzyme added ultrafine pulverized defatted rice bran diet)according to a 4 x 4 Latin Square arrangement by 2 x 2 factorial design.The experiment contained four periods,each period lasted for 12 d with 7 d adaptation period and 5 d sampling period.During the sampling period,ileal digesta and faecal sample were collected.The main results of this study were as follows:Expt.1.Effects of ultrafine pulverization and enzyme compound addition on proximate nutrient,NSP and phenolic acid digestibilities of defatted rice bran diet in growing pigsThe objective of this experiment was examine the effects of ultrafine pulverization and enzyme compound addition on proximate nutrient,NSP and phenolic acid digestibilitise of defatted rice bran diet in growing pigs.The results indicated as follow:Most of Non-Starch Polysaccharides(NSP)was insoluble Non-Starch Polysaccharides(INSP,95%)in defatted rice bran and ultrafine pulverized defatted rice bran.And the content radio of cellulose,hemicellulose,pectin(43.44%,33.33%,10.12%)was about 9:7:2 in TNSP.TNSP-monosaccharides were composed of glucose(44.38%),arabinose(18.83%),xylose(23.45%),galactose(4.2%),galacturonic acid(8.7%).The content of phenolic acids accounted for about 0.12%of the content of TNSP,and the content radio of phenolic acids’component that ferulic acid,P-coumaric acid,4-hydroxybenzoic acid,protocatechuic acid,Cinnamic acid,salicylic acid was about 87:34:2:1:1:1.Therefore,it’s suitable for defatted rice bran to use cellulase and hemicellulase supplemented by pectinase or ferulic acid esterase or coumarin esterase as a synergistic enzyme system,which provide a reference for the choice of enzyme type.(1)Ultrafine pulverization increased the apparent ileal digestibility(AID)of DM by 3.81%(P>0.05)and the apparent total tract digestibility(ATTD)of EE by 3.37%(P>0.05)of defatted rice bran diet in growing pigs,whereas had no effect on digestibility of OM,GE,CP and Ash(P>0.05).Enzyme compound addition increased the ATTD of Ash(P<0.05)and the ATTD of EE by 3.37%(P>0.05),whereas had no effect on the digestibility of DM,OM,CP and GE(P>0.05).The interaction effect of ultrafine pulverization and enzyme compound addition increased the ATTD of Ash(P<0.05)and the AID of DM by 5.45%(P>0.05),the ATTD of DM,EE by 3.60%,4.91%,respectively(P>0.05).(2)Ultrafine pulverization increased the digestibility of NSP and its monosaccharides by 3-4%(P>0.05),significantly increased the AID and ATTD of ferulic acid(P<0.01)and P-coumaric acid(P<0.01)of defatted rice bran diet in growing pigs.The enzyme compound addition increased the digestibility of NSP and its monosaccharides by 3~6%(P>0.05),significantly increased the AID and ATTD of ferulic acid(P<0.05)and P-coumaric acid(P<0.05).The interaction effect of ultrafine pulverization and enzyme compound addition increased the digestibility of NSP and its monosaccharides by 3-9%(P>0.05),significantly increased the AID and ATTD of ferulic acid(P<0.01)and P-coumaric acid(P<0.01).Exp.2.Effects of ultrafine pulverization and enzyme compound addition on mineral and amino acid digestibilities of defatted rice bran diet in growing pigsThe objective of this experiment was examine the effects of ultrafine pulverization and enzyme compound addition on mineral and amino acid digestibilities of defatted rice bran diet in growing pigs.The results indicated as follow:(1)Ultrafine pulverization had no effect on AID and ATTD of Ash,whereas significantly increased the AID of Cu(P<0.05)and ATTD of Mg(P<0.05)of defatted rice bran diet.enzyme compound addition had no effect on AID of Ash,whereas significantly increased the ATTD of Ash,Ca,Mg,Zn,phytate(P<0.05),total phosphorus(P<0.01).The interaction effect of ultrafine pulverization and enzyme compound addition significantly increased the AID of Ca,Zn,total phosphorus(P<0.01)and the ATTD of Ash(P<0.05),Ca(P<0.01),Mg(P<0.05),Zn(P<0.05),total phosphorus(P<0.01),phytate(P<0.01).(2)There was no effect on AID of indispensable amino acids,dispensable amino acids and total amino acids by ultrafine pulverization,enzyme compound addition and the interaction effect of ultrafine pulverization and enzyme compound addition(P>0.05).Ultrafine pulverization,enzyme compound addition,the interaction effect of ultrafine pulverization and enzyme compound addition increased the AID of CP by 1.63%,3.20%,3.82%,respectively(P>0.05)and increased the ATTD of CP by 4.33%,4.98%,4.15%,respectively(P>0.05).This study came to the conclusions as follows:(1)Ultrafine pulverization significantly increased the intestinal digestibility of phenolic acids,and had no significant effect on intestinal digestibility of general nutrients,NSP,most of minerals and amino acids.(2)Enzyme compound addition significantly increased the digestibility of phenolic acid and most of minerals,whereas had no significant effect on the intestinal digestibility of.-general nutrient,NSP and anino acid.(3)The interaction effect of ultrafine pulverization and enzyme compound addition significantly improved the intestinal digestibility of phenolic acid and most of minerals.However,there were no significant effect on the intestinal digestibility of general nutrients,NSP and animo acid.
