The paper was conducted to study on the effects of NSP enzymes on performance, economic benefit and nutrient digestibility in wheat-based diets of growing pigs,in the same time, evaluation and prediction for the NSP enzymes had been researched with in vitro digestion method using the dialysis tubing.Exp.1:Fourty growing pigs(Duroc×(Landrace×Yorkshine),24.70±1.28kg) were chosen and divided into 6 treatments randomly by weight and sex. Each group was consisted of 4 repeats and of 8 pigs. The duration of feed trial on Acema64 automatic feed system(Research Centre of Tangrenshen Group) was 4 weeks, six different kinds of diets,Diet A(corn-based diet),B(wheat-based diet),C(wheat-based diet+compound enzymeⅠ),D(wheat-based diet+compound enzymeⅡ), E(wheat-based diet+compound enzymeⅢ),and F(wheat-based diet+compound enzymeⅣ) were fed to pigs respectively to study on the effects of different enzyme preparations on performance and economic benefit in wheat-based dies of growing pigs. The results showed that:(1)The performance and economic benefit were improved in some extents by adding NSP enzymes in wheat-based diets, among them, group C with the optimal feeding effects and economic benefit, compared with group D,E,F,the ADG and economic benefit of group C were respectively increased by 11.00%(P>0.05),8.40%(P>0.05),10.39%(P>0.05);6.76%,10.54%,2.36%;(2)The performance of growing pigs fed wheat-based diets were reduced compared with the ones fed corn-based diet, but the economic benefit of the group fed wheat-based diets excelled the group fed corn-based diet.Exp.2:Six crossbred barrows(Duroc×(Landrace×Yorkshine),22.50±1.60kg) fitted with a simple "T" cannula at the terminal ileum were selected and conducted in a 6×6 Latin Square design to investigate the effects of NSP enzymes on the nutrients digestibility in wheat-based diets of growing pigs. The results indicated that: (1)Apparent digestibility of DM,CP,EE and Energy were improved by adding NSP enzymes in wheat-based diet, group C with optimal effects;(2)Ileal apparent digestibility of Lys,Met,His and Total EAA were improved by adding NSP enzymes, but the ileal apparent digestibility of other AA was not affected.Exp.3:In vitro digestion experiment using the dialysis tubing was conducted to study the effects of different NSP enzymes in wheat-based diets. The results showed that:(1)The in vitro digestibility of DM,CP and energy were increased by NSP enzymes supplementation.Group C with the optimal effects, the in vitro digestibility of DM,CP and energy were significant increased by 9.37%,7.64%and 20.28% (P<0.05);(2)In vitro digestibility of CP was significantly correlated with in vivo appatent digestibility of CP in diets(r=0.8509);In vitro digestibility of CP was significantly correlated with whole phases ADG of growing pigs(r=0.8584);The regrssion model between IVCPD and apparent digestibility of CP(Y1)was:Y1= 0.2447X+77.733(R2=0.7240,P<0.05);The regrssion model between IVCPD and whole phases ADG of growing pigs(Y2)was:Y2=23.037X-397.28(R2=0.7369, P<0.05).The results of three experiments were considerably similar,so the effects of NSP enzymes could be evaluated and predicted capably and rapidly by in vitro digestion experiment using the dialysis tubing.
