And in the first five days, acid value rise fastest.(2) Correlation analysis of the daily added acid value with storage days and storage temperature:the daily added acid value of the upper fork plate rice bran appeared insignificant negative correlation with storage days and insignificant positive correlation with storage temperature. The daily added acid value of the lower fork plate rice bran appeared significant negative correlation with storage days and significant positive correlation with storage temperature.(3) Regression analysis of the daily added acid value of rice bran with storage days and storage temperature:the regression equation of the daily added acid value of the upper rice bran with storage days and storage temperature is Y=0.318-0.04X1+0.026X2, and the regression equation of the daily added acid value of the lower rice bran with storage days and storage temperature is Y=0.129-0.106X1+0.051X2.(4) Correlation analysis of the total added acid value of rice bran and storage days:the correlation coefficient of the upper fork plate total added acid value of rice bran and storage days is 0.859**, and the correlation coefficient of the lower fork plate total added acid value of rice bran and storage days is 0.881**. They have both reached very significant positive correlation.(5) Regression analysis of the total added acid value of rice bran and storage days:the regression equation of the upper fork plate total added acid value of rice bran and storage days is Y=1.489+0.575X, the regression equation of the lower fork plate total added acid value of rice bran and storage days is Y=2.663+0.625X.(6) Research of the effect on different acid value of rice bran on growth performance of growing pigs:the test is divided into five pig experiments----roup A, group B, group C, group D and group E. They are respectively fed the diet A (rice bran acid value of 6.12), the diet B (rice bran acid value of 8.05), the diet C (rice bran acid value of 9.98), the diet D (rice bran acid value of 12.21), and the diet E (rice bran acid value of 14.18). Test results:the growth performance of the experimental group A and group B were the best, almost no differences between the two. Group C followed, and the differences with experiment group A and group B was not significant (P> 0.05). The growth of the experiment group D and group E were obviously affected, and they appeared extremely significant differences with the experiment group A, group B and group C (P< 0.01). It shows that the acid value of rice bran used by the feed enterprises should be controled within 8.0 mgKOH/g. When the acid value of rice bran exceeded 10.0 mgKOH/g, there would be significantly negative effects on the growth of growing pigs. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Rice bran, Acid Value, Correlation Analysis, Regression Analysis, Growing Pigs, Growth Performance | | Related items |
