In order to make better use of straw resources and alleviate the adverse effects of straw directly on the crop growth,a straw composite pipe was developed,which was applied to subsurface irrigation technology and extended a new subsurface irrigation technology-straw subsurface irrigation technology.In this study,based on straw returning,the straw,soil and water were mixed according to a certain ratio.After mixing evenly,the straw composite pipe forming machine was extruded to form an ecologically-friendly straw composite pipe and applied to farmland.In the middle,as the capillary tube for subsurface irrigation,the straw is returned to the field while the crop is being irrigated.In this paper,straw content,initial moisture content and screw shaft rotation speed were taken as three test factors.Three levels were set for each test factor,and three levels of straw content: 5%,7%,and 9% were selected,and the initial moisture content is selected as 20%,22% and 24%,and screw shaft rotation speed were selected from three levels of 50,62 and 74r/min.The experiment was carried out using a 3-factor 3-level orthogonal test design.There were 9 treatments of test plan combinations,and each treatment of test was set to 3 replicates.Through the measurement of the relevant parameters of the bulk density,initial water absorption,unit water output,water uniformity,infiltration rate,irrigation uniformity and other test indicators of the formed straw composite pipe,and calculate the corresponding test results,using visual analysis and variance analysis of the test results,to determine the proportion of straw composite pipe in line with farmland irrigation,laid the foundation for better guidance of practical applications.The test results show that:(1)The straw composite pipe has been tested and tested for its bulk density and initial water absorption.According to the test results,when the straw content is 5%,the water content is 22%,and the screw shaft rotation speed is 62 r/min,the bulk density of the straw composite tube is the largest,which is favorable for its stable molding.When the straw content is 5%,the water content is 20%,and the screw shaft rotation speed is50 r/min,the straw water absorption tube has the largest initial water absorption rate and can maintain its stable shape.The stability of molding is the basis of the application of straw composite pipe.(2)Under the condition of free flow,two indexes of water output per unit length and uniformity of water output of straw composite pipe were tested.When the strawcontent is 9%,the water content is 24%,and the screw shaft rotation speed is 50 r/min,the straw composite pipe has the largest water output per unit length.Compared with the trace irrigation,it can solve the water supply problem at the peak of crop water demand..When the straw content is 5%,the water content is 24%,and the screw shaft rotation speed is 50 r/min,the slag composite pipe has the highest effluent uniformity,but it does not meet the irrigation requirements.(3)Under the buried condition,the infiltration rate and uniformity of the straw composite pipe are important indicators to measure its application in the field.When the straw content is 5%,the water content is 20%,and the spiral shaft rotation speed is 62 r/min,the average infiltration rate of the straw composite pipe is the largest.When the straw content is7%,the water content is 22%,and the screw shaft rotation speed is 50 r/min,the irrigation uniformity of the straw composite pipe is the largest,which can meet the requirements of farmland ground irrigation.(4)Comprehensive analysis of various performance indexes of straw composite pipe,the best test combination for the application of straw composite pipe is:straw content is 5%,water content is 22%,and screw shaft rotation speed is 50 r/min.The infiltration rate of the buried conditions was analyzed by the three experimental treatments with the largest comprehensive index,and the function fitting was obtained.The infiltration rate of the straw composite pipe was in accordance with the logarithmic function.The research on the hydraulic performance of straw composite pipe was an important aspect to promote the subsurface irrigation technology of straw.At the same time,it is beneficial to the rational utilization of straw resources and is of great significance to the development of modern agriculture.Under the background of the new era,the development of straw subsurface irrigation technology will drive the technological transformation of agricultural production.The development of agricultural technology is an indispensable part of the national rural revitalization strategy and the beautiful China construction process.The application of straw composite pipe is the core product of straw subsurface irrigation.The test of its related performance is still in the exploration stage.Further research on the formation and application of straw composite pipe in the field remains to be further studied.
