The role of mycorrhizal fungi in host plants has been extensively studied in a variety of plants. However, there is little research on the development and utilization of resources in the Xing’an Mountains.Based on the plant and soil of V.uliginosum in Mountain land type,Meadow bog permafrost soil layer type,Meadow bog with soil layer type in which the plant main distributed in the Greater Xing’an Mountains. The author analysed on the characteristics of the mineral nutrients and the endophytic fungi in the roots of V uliginosum, and clear the influence of endophytic fungi on the growth of V.uliginosum.Further screened and utilization of the superior fungi from the roots of V uliginosum. It is of great significance to reduce the pollution of chemical fertilizer and even the sustainable development of the ecological environment. The major findings are listed as following:1.The soil organic matter content is high and the acidity is strong(pH=4.15~5.04)in the Greater Xing’an Mountains in V uliginosum distribution area. The soil organic matter,pH and ammonium N significantly affected the content of mineral elements in Vaccinium, especially the effect of soil pH on the contents of Fe,Mn,Cu and Zn in plant aboveground.2.The correlation analysis showed that the accumulation of N and Mn elements in the body was closely related to the contents of K,Fe and Cu,and the contents of Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn and total phenolic content of fruit, and fruit K with flavonoid, anthocyanin and soluble sugar had significant or extremely significant positive correlation, while Zn was significantly negatively correlated with flavonoid, anthocyanin, glucose and fructose.3.The diversity of root fungi(H’=3.58~4.36)and infection structure is rich, the infection rate rate is higher(54.98%~68.09%)on V.uliginosum roots in the Greater Xing’an Mountains. The fungi in the root system of V uliginosum in different site types had the specificity.Among them, the mountain land type and the meadow bog with soil layer type were dominated by Phialocephala, while the dominant species of the meadow bog permafrost soil layer type was Meliniomyces.4.The root fungi infection rate was significantly or extremely significantly positively correlated with N,P,K,Ca,Fe content and host plants, but had an extremely negative correlation with Zn content.Suggesting that the fungi colonization is an important factor affecting the mineral nutrient status of V.uliginosum in different site types in the Greater Xing’an Mountains.5.The results showed that the biomass, root length, plant height and branch number of the cultivars of blueberry and V.uliginosum were effect by using Phialocephala sp.,Penicillium sp.,Meliniomyces sp.,Phytophthora sp.,Dothideomycetes sp.
