The hog industry is a basic industry related to the national economy and people's livelihood.The production process of the hog industry consumes a lot of water resources and poses a challenge to regional water security.Virtual water and its theory are new ideas for studying regional water and food safety.Through the pork trade,the hidden virtual water flows across the region to ensure the sustainable use of water resources in larger regions.This paper takes the hog industry as the research object,based on the virtual water and its theory,uses the mathematical model to deduct the influence mechanism of virtual water flow in the hog industry,and then evaluates the rationality of the virtual water flow in the provincial hog industry in China.This construction adjustment quantitative model quantitatively analyzes the virtual water flow adjustment process of the hog industry,and systematically studies the adjustment of the hog industry layout.It has important theoretical and practical significance,and it is expected to provide a virtual water perspective for the hog industry layout planning.The research content of this paper mainly includes three aspects: firstly,the influence mechanism of virtual water flow on the hog industry is analyzed,and the influence mechanism of virtual water flow on the hog industry is deduced from the perspectives of micro,meso and macro;secondly,the province of China The rationality of the virtual water flow in the hog industry was evaluated,and the virtual water flow suitability evaluation index system of the hog industry was constructed.The index comprehensive calculation model was used to calculate the virtual water suitability index of the provincial hog industry,and then the virtual water flow of the provincial hog industry was calculated.The status quo,through the ratio of the two,estimate the rationality index of virtual water flow in the provincial hog industry in China,and evaluate the results;finally,based on the above analysis results,build a virtual water flow adjustment quantitative model of the hog industry,the virtual water of the hog industry.The flow quantity adjustment process is quantified.Based on this,the experience of agricultural industry regulation based on virtual water strategy is used for reference,and the countermeasures and suggestions for the adjustme nt of China's hog industry layout are put forward.The research shows that:(1)In the implementation process of virtual water trade,by increasing water price and giving financial subsidies,hog farmers can be encouraged to adopt water-saving technology to improve the income of farmers;Pareto water resources can be moved through virtual water.To achieve water resources allocation in the inter-industry sector and achieve Pareto improvement of regional output;when water endowment becomes a restrictive factor,the two regions can increase their profits by specializing in the production of products with comparative advantages.(2)The virtual water suitable for exporting the hog industry is more than the input land;the suitable export areas are mostly located in the northern region,and the suitable export areas are mostly located in the southern water network area and developed areas such as Beijing and Tianjin;there are differences in the virtual water flow direction of per capita live hog products.The virtual water flow per capita of pork products in different regions of the same flow is also different;the rationality level of virtual water flow in the hog industry in each region is not high overall,and the rationality of virtual water flow in the hog industry does not have obvious regional laws and rationality.The degree is disorderly distributed.(3)Sichuan,Hainan and other provinces belong to the control output type,Henan,Shandong and other provinces are encouraged to export,Ningxia,Qinghai and other provinces for control output,Beijing,Shanghai and other provinces for the encouragement of input,Hunan and Hubei for the conversion of input provinces,The provinces of Yunnan and Inner Mongolia are converted and exported;then,it is proposed t hat the adjustment of the hog industry should be coordinated to formulate the virtual water strategy of the hog industry,improve the ecological compensation mechanism of the hog production area,and accelerate the southern hogs.The capacity of the banned area has withdrawn and guided the green development of the northern hog industry.
