According country's development of large-scale land consolidator is relatively weak,which cannot meet the agricultural production needs of domestic large-scale farms.It is necessary to develop and research large-scale land consolidator.During the operation of large-scale land consolidator,because of the great resistance of subsoiling shovel,it is easy to cause local deformation and fracture of traction frame and frame,which seriously affects the actual operation.The structural design of traction frame and frame is directly related to the overall performance of the combined land preparation machine.Control the stability of the traction frame and the frame,that is,control the stability in the process of operation.Therefore,it is necessary to study the natural frequencies of the traction frame and the frame,so as to avoid the resonance between the working frequency and the natural frequency,which will greatly reduce the quality of the work.Firstly,this paper analyses the purpose and significance of the research on the combined land consolidator,and summarizes the research on the combined land consolidator at home and abroad.The key parts(traction frame and frame)of the combined land preparation machine are mainly studied.The structure design of the traction frame and frame is carried out according to the operation requirements of the combined land preparation machine.The mechanical properties of the two parts are studied through the combination of theoretical analysis and finite element mechanical analysis,and the stability in the operation process is analyzed by modal analysis.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Focus on the analysis of the overall structure and working principle of the joint,focusing on the design of the traction frame and frame,and the use of Solid Works software for three-dimensional modeling of the traction frame and frame,while the overall assembly,for the follow-up static analysis and modal analysis to provide the basis.(2)The mechanical analysis of the frame and tractor of the combined land preparation machine is carried out to determine the influence law of the structural parameters on the two,and to determine the rationality of the structural design.On this basis,ANSYS Workbench software is used to study the situation of frame and traction frame under actual load conditions,and determine the place where the maximum deformation occurs at the connection of frame and traction frame,the maximum principal stress occurs at the middle beam,the value is 10 MPa,far less than the material allowable stress 235 MPa,which proves that the frame structure design meets the operation requirements.The maximum deformation of the tractor occurs at the three-point consolidation of the distance between the tractor and the upper suspension.The maximum principal stress is 78.8 MPa,but the maximum principal stress is less than 235 MPa,which shows that the design of the tractor meets the requirements of operation.(3)The natural frequencies of frame and traction frame are studied by ANSYS Workbench software.The vibration of the first six sections of the rack mainly occurs in the rear section,and the vibration of the middle section is larger.The first six natural frequencies are between 21.55 and35.21 Hz,which is higher than the vibration frequency of the machine(15 Hz)at the operation time,which proves the stability of the rack.The vibration of the first six sections of the traction frame mainly occurs in the middle of the inclined beam.The natural frequencies of the first six sections are between 70.79 and 267.22 Hz,which is higher than the vibration frequency of the machine(15Hz)at the operation time.This proves the stability of the traction frame.(4)Through field performance test,the rate of soil breakage is 89%,the depth of soil preparation is 108 mm,the standard deviation of surface after land preparation is 1.3 cm,which meets the design requirements.
