Precision agriculture is the main development direction of the future agriculture, and laser fine ground technology is an important part of precision agriculture, so the research and application of laser grader has important realistic significance for the future agriculture.This paper did the field experiment by 1 PG 3.0 laser grader experimental device, the research studied the influence of the soil moisture and surface smooth degree on the laser grader traction and power. With PRO-E. the paper then made the 3d modeling of the laser grader rack, made the finite element analysis on the frame model by using the ANSYS, got the frame stress and strain distribution. The conclusion is as shown below(1) The change of the soil moisture content has an impact on the laser grader traction. Traction increases with the increase of soil moisture content, the increase of moisture content of soil cause the loss of soil liquidity along the flat shovel, the accumulation of soil in the flat shovel bucket, which result in the increase of the resistance and impact the ground effect.(2) The surface leveling degree has significant effects on laser grader traction. The grader needs less traction in the process of the ground than the soil that without the rotary rake.(3) The maximize deformation of grader frame is the part which connects with the fraction tractor.To reduce the deformation of the laser grader frame, it should raise the iron wall thickness of the hook ring joint, and increase the reinforcement plate beam in the middle of the rack position...
