As a basic industry and intermediate industry for the development of agriculture in China,animal husbandry industry has a very important role in the development of agricultural production and agricultural economy,while proving a variety of livestock products such as meat,milk and eggs.In recent years,due to the continuous improvement of living standards of our residents,the rapid increase in the demand for livestock and poultry meat,pork as the main supply of meat and consume goods,its huge industrial market,prompting the pig industry from traditional coarse farming mode Breeding large-scale,intensive,factory production mode of modern livestock farming model change.With the continuous expansion of pig farming scale,pig microclimate environment,breeding innovation technology,farm management technology and other factors affect the economic benefits of pig farming enterprises.The traditional environment of pig breeding,monitoring and control technology is backward,the level of environmental control is low,the way of monitoring and control is strong,the labor cost is large and time-consuming and laborious,and the production capacity and production efficiency of pig are restricted to a certain extent.In this thesis,through the field investigation of two large-scale pig farms in Mingguang City,Anhui Province,and the current development techniques of pig farming in China,based on radio frequency identification,electronic ear tag,research technique of piggery microclimate control system,using computer technology,sensor technology,microprocessor control technology,fieldbus technology and other modern information technology,This paper studies and designs a kind of measurement and control system,which is suitable for the large-scale breeding management,the measurement and control of environmental parameters of pigsty.This system has low cost,practical,easy to pig breeding management and other advantages.The main contents and design functions of the system are as follows:1.Piggery microclimate environment measurement and control system.Pig house microclimate parameters:temperature,humidity,light,ammonia concentration,hydrogen sulfide,CO2,ect.If the pig house environment parameters inappropriate,it will affect the growth and development of live pigs.Aiming at the problem that the microclimatic environment parameters of the pig house are not convenient to obtain the acquisition method,the data obtained is not accurate,and the research on the use of integrated sensor,CAN bus,microprocessor control and embedded operating system and other technical measurement and control system to achieve the implement of the small climate of the pig climate and environment monitoring parameters and remote control.2.Access to Pig growths information.Applying rfid,electronic ear tag to mass breeding pigs,get its ear tag number,pig growth status information for pig farm production management.3.Pig farm access control.Access control technology are applied to the large-scale pig breeding,get in and out of the farm and out of the gate staff information,play safety protection,to prevent the role of the disease infection.4.Data transmission and data interaction.Based on the controller local area network bus referred to as CAN bus technology distributed real-time control data transmission to ARM M3 core STM32F103VET6 as a microcontroller,combined with real-time operating system?C/OS-II,embedded graphics system uC/GUI,thin film transistor LCD Display TFT-LCD,to achieve multi-task real-time processing,human-computer interface display,operation and other functions.This paper provides a cheap,practical,stable and reliable measurement and control system of our country's large-scale pig farms.And it has good practical value and strong maneuverability.
