The paper starts from the problem of livestock and poultry manure in large-scale breeding industry,discusses the ways of resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure,analyzes the principle of aerobic composting and the current situation of aerobic composting reactor.Aerobic compost reactor unit was designed and designed for the aerobic composting reactor unit in terms of material mixing and mixing uniformity,sufficiency of reactor ventilation and thorough fermentation of materials.I hope to provide certain equipment technical support for the scientific treatment of livestock manure.First,the main design of the air distribution device,the stirring device,the auxiliary system and the control system of the aerobic compost reactor device is carried out.The Work Bench was used to analyze the force of the stirring device.The maximum compost temperature was 70 °C,the speed was 60 r/min and the load was 120 N.The simulated stress of the stirring device was 6.35 MPa and the deformation was 2.1 mm.The value was in the stiffness of the material.The design of the stirring device is basically reasonable within the allowable range of strength.Secondly,according to the design,the aerobic composting reactor device was designed,and the composting test of the prototype was carried out by using the cow dung and sawdust at a mixing ratio of 18:1.During the whole composting period,the representative factors such as temperature,water content,pH value,total carbon,total nitrogen,C/N,external characteristics of the material and seed germination index of the upper,middle and lower layers of the pile were measured regularly.,physical,biological aspects of the analysis of the performance of the prototype compost test.The compost temperature experienced a warming period,a high temperature period,and a cooling period,and the temperature rose to 66.5 ° C for 5.3 days.Total nitrogen showed an overall upward trend,rising from the initial 1.5% to about 2.2% at the end of composting.The total carbon showed a downward trend,from the initial 43.8% to about 37.5% of the end of composting.C/N decreased from the initial 29 to about 16.5 at the end of composting.The compost mixture is yellow with a pungent odor andgradually turns brown with a humic odor.The moisture content of the material dropped from the initial 66% to 33.1% at the end of the stack.The pH value first decreased,then increased,and finally weakened to 8.4.The seed germination index verified that the compost product results were all greater than 85%.Finally,the results of each test factor of the test were analyzed.Four representative factors were selected from the chemical,physical and biological aspects.The fuzzy evaluation model was used to comprehensively evaluate the factors.The final evaluation matrix R value was 0.69 greater than 0.68.Indicates that the aerobic compost reactor unit is in good feasibility.
