With the rapid development of China's agriculture and stock farming,there have produce a large number of Crop straw,Livestock and poultry manure in every year.A by-product in the process of agricultural production,the large part of crop straw has not get reasonable use and development,it cause seriously environmental pollution problems,not only Waste of resources,soil damage,environmental pollution,but also Lead to fire and traffic accidents,while it's treat by large area burn or dispose.Lots of livestock and poultry manure are produce by process of production in stock farming.A large amount of N?P and organic matter run off and it make the more and more serious environmental problems because the lack of effective using.Be able to achieve reasonable utilization of crop straw and resource comprehensive utilization and harmless treatment of livestock and poultry manure,Aerobic composting as the generally way to deal with organic solid waste resource in the countryside,it have important strategic significance to ecological protection and agricultural sustainable development.Choosing cow dung and maize straw as the materials,designing different C/N value treatment to study variation indicators of internal main indicators on composting process for comprehensive utilization way of crop straw?Livestock and poultry manure,provided a theoretical basis and Technical parameters for overall treatment of stock farming-crop straws waste.The study results are as follows:(1)All different treatment can maintain more than 13 days above 50?,treatment of C/N 30 reach 16 days show that it is successful than others.the pH variation of different tunnels appear Weakly alkaline,was suitable for microorganism growth,all among 8?9.(2)After the composting,the C/N of all treatments decline to under than 20,reach 16.65?16.43and 14.68,respectively,show that all treatments are reach the rotten standard.T value of treatment of C/N 30 and treatment of C/N 35 under than 0.6,so treatment of C/N 30 and treatment of C/N 35 successful than Treatment of C/N 25.The Germination Index of the all treatments are more than 85%,basically eliminate the toxicity of plants,indicate that all treatments are reach the standard,and treatment of C/N 30 is successful than others.(3)After the composting,content of the organic carbon in treatment of C/N 30?treatment of C/N 25 and treatment of C/N 35 decreased by 23.62%?21.47%and 33.18%,to 325.27g/kg?300.33g/kg and 296.61g/kg,respectively.The total content of NPK on different treatments composting was increasing from the beginning 27.66 g/kg?28.43 g/kg and 24.86 g/kg to 43.67 g/kg?43.01 g/kg and 43.04 g/kg after the composting,respectively,while treatment of C/N 30 is more successful than others.
