This paper designs an internal aeration and stirring Aerobic composting apparatus temperature measurement, experiment with different pre-aeration and aeration rate, body temperature and other data on the stack is measured, the experimental data and the use of aerobic composting composting device data comparing means to enhance aerobic composting composting efficiency; by determining the mechanical properties of manure, the use of ANSYS software stirring part of the apparatus of the stress-strain and fatigue analysis of the dangerous section through the prevention and treatment to improve the life of the device, improving the structure of the device; through the pre-test temperature curve for composting apparatus control part programming, the temperature curve composting apparatus approximate fit the experimental data to further improve the efficiency of composting. The main findings are as follows:(1) By stirring the pile frequency and amount of aeration orthogonal experiments and found that the more external internal aeration aeration, into the hot time of 3 to 4 days in advance, in the high temperature phase, hot days of prolonged 2 to 3 days.(2) The composting process, the lower three layers of the stack body temperature changed to a downward trend from high to low, water content, organic matter, bulk density curve shock decline, indicating that as the aerobic fermentation of organic matter by microbial reactions to low to reduce the high conductivity of the pile gradually increased, indicating that the dissolved salts as composting, the pile resulting rise.(3) Using ANSYS software for device simulation stirring force institutions to calculate the life of the device and the danger zone in connection with the paddle agitator shaft outwardly 0 ~25mm area, in the actual process of the corresponding parts of reinforcement, reducing the danger zone.(4) The use of means composting experiments and preliminary experiments comparing the experimental data obtained temperature curve, compared with the pre-test data to verify internal aeration is better than external aeration.
