In this experiment,shading nets,Bupleurum chinense and maize were used to observe the growth and yphonium trifoliatum Wang et Lo ex H.Li et al,determine the shading conditions under different shading conditions,and determine the suitable artificial cultivation environment for the growth of Typhonium trifoliatum Wang et Lo ex H.Li et al.The key biological characters affecting the yield of Typhonium trifoliatum Wang et Lo ex H.Li et al.were determined by observation,correlation and path analysis,which laid the foundation for artificial cultivation and yield breeding of Typhonium trifoliatum Wang et Lo ex H.Li et al.Flower processes,individual flowering and dispersal day changes,group flowering phenology,pollination ecology and breeding system.The results showed :(1)Under the three shading cultivation conditions of shading net,Bupleurum chinense and maize,the shading effect of Bupleurum chinense was remarkable,the yield per plant increased by117.8%,the yield of maize increased by 17.8%,and the yield of shading net decreased by 0.7%.(2)The biological traits of Typhonium trifoliatum Wang et Lo ex H.Li et al plants are obviously different among individuals,and the botanical morphological traits are unstable.Plant height and single leaf area were positively correlated with yield per plant,r8 y was 0.88532 and0.98043,respectively.The correlation and path analysis showed that the selection of plant height a nd single leaf area should be emphasized in yield breeding of Typhonium trifoliatum Wang et Lo ex H.Li et al in order to achieve high yield.The optimum regression equation Y=0.78083+0.07865x1-0.07761x2+0.23492x7.Plant height,leaf number and single leaf area were the key of characters affecting yield per plant of Typhonium trifoliatum Wang et Lo ex H.Li et al.(3)Under the climatic conditions of the experimental site,the peak flowering period of the Typhonium trifoliatum Wang et Lo ex H.Li et al was 11:00-15:00,and the pollen dispersal time was mainly concentrated at 10:00-14:00 in one day.The single flower flowered for 5-7 days,and the inflorescence flowering duration was the highest in 36 hours,while the male pollendispersal lasted for 2-5 hours.The flowering pattern of the Typhonium trifoliatum Wang et Lo ex H.Li et al population was bimodal.(4)The main visitors of the Typhonium trifoliatum Wang et Lo ex H.Li et al are:Cryptoptera(1 species),small beetles(1 species),ants(1 species),flies(2 species),spiders(1 spe cies).The time of visiting flowers is concentrated between 10:00 to 15:00.(5)The seed setting rate of Typhonium trifoliatum Wang et Lo ex H.Li et al was100% under natural pollination condition and 87.5% under artificial cross-pollination condition.
