Investigation And Research On Prevention And Control Technology Of Main Tobacco Diseases And Insect Pests In Panzhihua

Panzhihua city has abundant light and heat resources and good soil conditions,which is the most suitable area for tobacco planting.However,the ecological environment in different cities has regional differences,different planting methods and different prevention and control levels,which resulting in type and extent of pests of dominant species has its own characteristics.Therefore,this study based on the tobacco field ecosystem in Panzhihua,in order to find out the main tobacco pest species and explore the key prevention and control technology,and construct the promotion mode of the comprehensive prevention and control technology of tobacco main diseases and insect pests.For the implementation of tobacco production in Panzhihua city and Sichuan tobacco area achieve scientific medicine,pest control,reducing the residueof tobacco.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:1.31 kinds of tobacco diseases were identified in Panzhihua tobacco areas,including 13 kinds of fungal diseases,4kinds ofbacterial diseases,8 kinds of virus diseases,and 6 kinds of nematode diseases.Serious fungal diseases are: tobacco black shank disease,black root rot,alternaria alternata,powdery mildew and anthracnose.Bacterial diseases include: bacterial wilt,tobacco wildfire disease,angular spot disease.Virus diseases mainly include: tobacco mosaic virus(TMV),leaf flower of Cucumber(CMV)potato virus Y(PVY),tobacco etch virus(TEV).Nematode diseases mainly include: tobacco root knot nematode.Tobacco black shank disease is more serious at higher altitudes,and so werealternaria alternata,powdery mildew and other leaf spot disease.However,wildfire disease is more serious at lower altitudes.2.The study on the damage estimation of tobacco virus disease,tobacco blackshank disease and root knot nematode in the tobacco growing area of Panzhihua City was carried out.Based on this,the mathematic model of yield and output loss rate of various diseases was established.3.Developing the prevention and control research on the main tobacco diseases andinsect pests,such as tobacco virus disease,black shank disease,root knot nematodes disease,alternaria alternata,myzus persicae and tobacco budworm,etc.Andthe comprehensive prevention and control technologyof main diseases and insect pests of Panzhihua tobacco also has been integrated.
