Trial 1:The study was conducted to evaluate metabolizable energy value of cassava pellets by gavage.Eighteen Yellow Broilers with similar weight(2.45kg)and healthy were randomly divided into two diets groups-the maize groups and the cassava grain groups.Every single experimental broilers was put in single cages as a repeats, feeding the full price of feed. The results were as follows:Dry matter digestibility of the maize and cassava grain were 75.49%and 69.4%,ME of the corn and cassava grain was 13.47 MJ/kg and 12.05 MJ/kg.Average body weight of 2.40±0.17 kg Sanhuang 16,consistent with the principles of body weight divided into two treatments with eight replicates of a chicken, test birds in single cages, the non-measurement time full price of feed ad libitum.Treatment 1 gavage raw corn, raw materials for 2 gavage cassava pellets.Gavage two days before the test broilers blanking continue treatment to fasting, each test corresponding starting gavage chicken 50g,bagging all fecal samples collected using test chickens within two days, and then dried, crushed.Determination of raw materials and fecal samples of water and energy and other indicators to calculate the dry matter digestibility and metabolizable energy value.Trial 2:The study was conducted to investigate the impact of cassava grain diets on growth performance, slaughter performance, meat quality and economic efficiency.Selection of 480 healthy 15-day weight similar three yellow, were randomly divided into four treatments(0%,6%,12%and 18%cassava grain group),each with 6 replicates of 20 chickens, the test period 27 days. The results showed that:1.there were no significant impact on the growth performance of while cassava broiler diets were added to the diets of broilers, but with increasing levels of cassava grain added, showed a downward trend in average daily gain of broilers, feed conversion showed a rising trend.2.slaughter performance, diet supplemented with cassava grain of chicken slaughter rate, half the rate of net hall, eviscerated rate, breast muscle rate, leg muscle rate and abdominal fat percent had no significant effect.3.meat quality, there were no significant impact on water loss rate color and moisture protein and fat content influence of the chicken muscle while cassava broiler diets were added to the diets of broilers.4.economic terms, the price system under test formulation, adding 6%,12%and 18%,respectively,lower cost formulations yuan/ton,compared with the control group, add 6%,12%,18%cassava grain, egg production costs are relatively economic unit respectively Conclusion:broiler diets add 12%of cassava grain can produce better growth performance and economic benefits.Trial 3:The study was conducted to investigate the effects of the cassava grain with four levels supplemented cassava grain in the diets of Laying hens on the Laying performance and egg quality.576 Laying hens with 90%of egg production were randomly divided into four treatments(0%,3%,6%and 9%cassava grain group),each with 6 replicates of 24 hens, the test period 27 days. The results showed as follow:1.No effects of cassava grain on Laying performance of hens, but the egg production of day and material eg g ratio showed a downward trend while the cassava were increased.2.There were no significant impact on egg quality between the groups including egg shape index, eggshell thickness, yolk color,Haugh unit.Trial 4:The study was conducted to investigate the effect of different diets proportion of cassava grain on the duck growth performance and economic efficiency, provide a theoretical basis for the use of cassava production practices. In this study, the single factor experimental design,a total of four treatments with six replicates of 20 ducks,a total of 480 ducks.Adding cassava grain rates were:0%,10%,20%and 30%,for a period of 31 days of trial. The results showed that:1.by weight and the amount of feed conversion and cassava grain Duck was significant quadratic regression relationship:Y(by weight)=-0.0002X2+0.0084X+ 1.9682;Y(FCR).?0.0008X2-0.0241X+3.124,when the amount of cassava grain at 21%ducks optimal weight, when added in an amount of 15%of cassava pellets, the lowest feed conversion.2.cassava grain dosage 10%and 20%of the economic benefits than the control group increased by 2.59%and 3.05%,and when added cassava grain amounted to 30%of the economic benefits than the control group decreased 2.90%.Conclusions:l.duck diet of cassava grain added amount should be 15%-20%is appropriate;2.In this formulation system, when corn and cassava grain price difference of 180 yuan/ton,the addition of 20%of cassava, grain diets and economic control diet,as it is when corn prices higher than cassava grain prices 180 yuan/ton,you can add tapioca grains in the diet.In summary:It is feasible that cassava grain be used in poultry diets, and economic benefits will increase while prices appropriate.
