At present,most of the livestock and poultry feed has been processed by grain crop such as corn as raw materials in the domestic,the shortage of feed resources has been more and more serious,and the efficiency of feed utilization is generally low,therefore the development of efficient diet is one of the focus in the current feed industry.Cassava dregs as a kind of cheap energy feed has great utilization value,thus it has a great potential of feed raw materials.This study screened strains for cassava dregs fermented feed,determined the strains combination of mixed fermentation,optimized the fermentation process of cassava dregs fermented feed,finally investigated the effect of cassava dregs fermented feed by feeding test.Details are as follows:(1)By antimicrobial experiments,amylase producting experiments,protease producting experiments and tolerance test,5 Bacillus strains:Bacillus subtilis B10-5,Bacillus subtilis XE5,Bacillus subtilis BI1,Bacillus subtilis F1 and Bacillus licheniformis 1.413 were screened from the 26 strains preserved by laboratory.Through the performance test of producing lactic acid,3 Lactobacillus strains:Lactobacillus soybean meal,Lactobacillus plantarum and Bacillus coagulans 8 were selected from 8 Lactobacillus strains.(2)Through single strain fermentation experiment and strains mixed fermentation test,the strains of cassava dregs fermented feed were determined:Bacillus subtilis BI1,Bacillus subtilis B10-5,Lactobacillus soybean meal and Bacillus coagulans 8.(3)Using screened strains to carried out solid-state anaerobic fermentation,the fermentation conditions of cassava dregs fermented feed were determined by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.The optimal fermentation operation parameters were obtained as follows:total inoculum dose 5%,inoculum ratio of Bacillus bacteria to Lactobacillus 3:2,inoculum ratio of Bacillus subtilis BIi to Bacillus subtilis B10-5 1:2,inoculum ratio of Lactobacillus soybean meal to Bacillus coagulans 8 1:3,fermentation temperature 32?.(4)Solid proliferation medium of Bacillus subtilis and Lactobacillus were determined by the orthogonal experiment,components were bran 69.56%,soybean meal 8.7%,cassava dregs 8.7%,corn flour 13.04%and bran 76.19%,soybean meal 9.52%,cassava dregs 9.52%,corn flour 4.77%.(5)Fattening pigs were divided into 4 groups in this experiment,feeding the basal diet with no add,5%,15%,25%of the cassava dregs fermented feed respectively,the results showed that:average daily gain of four groups were 0.75 kg,0.74 kg,0.78 kg,0.71 kg,feed conversion ratio were:3.56,3.63,3.59,4.01.Feeding the basal diet with 15 of the cassava dregs fermented feed has a better effect on weight gain,and obviously increase the number of lactic acid bacteria in the intestines.Thus the cost of feeding could not only be reduced obviously,but also has a good feeding performance.So the based diet can be partially replaced by the cassava dregs fermented feed.
