Potato is the fourth largest crop in China.The production and development of miniature potato is an important way to solve the degradation of potato varieties and increase the yield per unit area.Although miniature potatos are small,but they are good quality and expensive.They are counting packing and sold by number in the market.At present,the main method is artificial counting,which is slow,inaccurate and high cost.Aiming at the characteristics and counting requirements of miniature potato,this paper on the premise ofguaranteeing accuracy,studies the orderly transportat:ion and counting technology of miniature potato to improve the counting efficiency,develops the orderly feeding device,carries out system integration and test on the premise.The main contents are as follows:1.The orderly transmission technology of electromagnetic vibration is studied.Comparing and analyzing different counting modes and vibration conveying system forms,the working principle of vibration conveying system disk is studied,and the force and movement of miniature potato on the track are analyzed.Combining theoretical analysis with experiment,the suitable parameters of spiral track inclination angle suitable for miniature potato are obtained,which is 3 degrees and the range of vibration inclination angle is 20 degrees to 69 degrees.2.The electromagnetic vibration conical four-head spiral ordered conveying device and photoelectric counting device are developed.The overall structure of the miniature potato seed counting device was designed,the conical four-head spiral hopper,the material guiding mechanism and the stopping mechanism were optimized,and the electromagnetic vibration system was selected and equipped.3.The vibration conveyor adjustment and photoelectric counting system are developed.The electronic control system is designed.The selection of PLC and photoelectric system is carried out.The electronic control system,counting sequence and sequence flow are drawn.The selection and design of control panel,the design of electronic control cabinet and online simulation debugging are completed.4.The micro-ievice for orderly feeding and counting of potato seeds by vibration was developed and the performance test was carried out.The orderly vibration transportation and photoelectric counting were integrated,and the counting experiment of miniature potato was carried out.The results showed that the optimum supply voltage range was 170-175 V for 5?15 mm particle size miniature potato vibration transporting counting,the counting accuracy reached 99.07%?99.36%,and the counting speed reached 58000-60000 pellets/h;the optimum supply voltage range of 15?25 mm was 170?175 V,the counting accuracy reached 99.53%?99.70%,and the counting speed reached 47000?55000 pellets/h;and the optimum supply voltage range of 25?35 mm was 170?175 V,the counting accuracy is 99.60%-99.70%,and the counting speed is 40 000?47 000 grains/h.Through the above research,the counting efficiency is greatly improved on the premise of ensuring the accuracy of counting.
