Research On Current Status Of Chinese Sericulture Mechanization And Its Countermeasures

As a Chinese traditional industry,the sericulture industry has been in a unique position in Chinese agriculture for a long time.It is an upstream industry which plays a fundamental role in Chinese cocoon and silk industry and is dominant in the world.Chinese sericulture industry depends heavily on manual labor and the low degree of mechanization severely restricts its development.Because of its excellent biological function and great financial profits,it has attracted increasingly attention in new historical era.To realize the high mechanization is the key to promote the development of sericulture industry.On the basis of relevant studies on the national sericultural production and the mechanization in major producing region of sericulture,this thesis analyzes in detail the development history,the current situation and the weak points of the sericultural mechanization in China through comparison,deduction and inference.And it evaluates for the first time the level of sericultural mechanization in China according to the database from investigation.In order to work out the most suitable way to improve the sericultural mechanization,this thesis analyzes the natural,economical,policy,technical and social factors which influence the development of the mechanized production of the sericulture industry in China.And it estimates the quantity of the sericultural machine in need in next five years.According to the influential factors and the practical situation,this thesis proposes some relevant suggestion and countermeasures,which include more policy support,constructing mechanized manufacturing base,reinforcing the combination of agricultural machinery and agro-technology,building mechanized operation system,upgrading the employee's professional quality and establishing and perfecting the socialized service organization,to accelerate the mechanization development process of sericulture industry in China.Finally the thesis points out its deficiency and gives some suggestion to the future research.
