| Test Aim:To explore the method to improve the productivity of production of sow,the test use compound beta carotene feed additive to feed the sow in different period to observe the productivity and the effect to control the common reproductive disease.Testing Method:Confirm two pig yards,including first yard of higher basic nutrition level and the second yard of common basic nutrition level.(1)When study the influence of compound beta carotene feed to pregnant sow.Choose 100 pregnant sows that have similar production stage,varieties,weight and fatness randomly in the first yard and have a random grouping;there is a repeat testing of first yard in the second yard.Choose 100 pregnant sows based on the related principle and have a random grouping.The two yards are divided into 4 groups randomly and there are 25 sows in each group.They are control group,testing I group(compound beta carotene was added in 0.5%proportion),testing Ⅱ group(compound beta carotene was added in 1%proportion)and testing Ⅲ group(compound beta carotene was added in 2%proportion).(2)Study the influence of compound beta carotene feeding to lactating sow(second test).The testing animals are used in the test two and readjust the groups.Specifically,the control group and test Ⅰ group in the first test are the same,which are used as the control group and test Ⅰ group of the test.In the first test,12 sows of the testⅡ group are chose as the testing Ⅱ group of the test and the rest of 13 sows are test Ⅲ group.These three groups are added compound beta carotene with the percentage of 1%、2%、2.5%respectively.(3)Study the influence of the compound beta carotene feeding to open sows(test third).The testing animal and the testing group of second test are used in the test The whole test starts from the testing sows going into the delivery room and the ending is the finish of the next delivery.Observe and collect the litter size,weak fetus number,litter birth weight and"birth weight of the piglets,piglets incidence,sow constipation,weaning weight and other indicators and they are used SPSS to do the static analysis.Testing Result:(1)In two testing yards,compare all testing groups with control group,the difference of litter size is not obvious(P>0.05);as to the quantity of weak fetus number,litter birth weight and birth weight of the piglets,the difference of test I of two yards and control group is not obvious(P>0.05).While in the testing Ⅱ group and control group in two testing yard,the litter birth weights improve 25.6%and 41.1%respectively;the birth weights improve 23.1%and 33.1%respectively;the weak fetus numbers decrease 66.7%and 46.6%.The differences of these and the control group are obvious(P<0.05).In these two yards,the testing III and the testing Ⅱ group and control group,the birth weight and even birth weight are improved.The difference is obvious.(P<0.05).However,the rate of labor is increased.Compare the testing Ⅲ and testing Ⅱ in two yards;the rates of labor are increased 1400%and 700%.(2)In two yards,compare the testing I and the control group,weaning weights of piglets are increased 7.4%and 21.5%.The difference are obvious(P<0.05).Compare with testing Ⅱ and control group,the weaning weights of piglets are increased 21.3%and 31.6%.The difference is obvious((P<0.05).The average daily milk yields of sows are increased 27.7%and 51.6%.The difference is obvious((P<0.05).Compare with testing Ⅲ group and control group,the weaning weights of piglets are increased 20.3%and 35.1%and the average daily milk yields of sows are increased 24.9%and 55.6%.The difference is obvious((P<0.05),but the differences of testing Ⅲ and the testing Ⅱ is not obvious.(P>0.05).In two testing yards,the s’ow constipation of testing Ⅱ group and the Ⅲ group is decreased vastly and the differences are obvious(P<0.05),but the differences between testing Ⅱ group and the testing Ⅲ group are not obvious.In the aspect of yellow and white diarrhea incidence and survival rate of piglets,there are a great improvement in all testing groups and control groups and the difference is obvious(P<0.05).But the differences of all testing group are not obvious.(P>0.05).The 21-day heat rate of three testing groups of the third test is higher than that of control group.The result of second test is the same.The heat rates of each testing group in the two yards are lower than the control group obviously.The difference is obvious(P<0.05).In the first yard,compared with the control group,the number born alive of I testing group,Ⅱ testing group and Ⅲ testing group are increased 18.5%、43.50%、45.70%.The differences are obvious(P<0.05).In second yard,the number born alive of I testing group,Ⅱ testing group and Ⅲ testing group are increased 5.6%、42.2%、44.4%.The differences are obvious(P<0.05).But the differences of Ⅱ testing group and Ⅲ testing group of two yards are not obvious(P>0.05).Conclusion:The compound beta carotene can improve the number of live births and weaning litter weight and decrease the litter number and the number of stillbirth weak piglets obviously.It can decrease the incidence of diarrhea and other diseases effectively and improve the average weaning head count.It can create a better economic benefit.Hence,it is a feasible method to feed sow with compound beta carotene. |
