| The field irrigation control cabinets are usually installed in remote locations.When a fault occurs,the manufacturer needs to send personnel to the site for maintenance,and the maintenance cost is high.The remote operation and maintenance system of the irrigation control cabinet can remotely carry out the collection,fault analysis,remote debugging and program download of the equipment operation condition,which can greatly reduce the operation and maintenance cost of the equipment.In the operation and maintenance system,it is necessary to ensure the stability and real-time of remote data transmission.Aiming at the upgrading demand of traditional irrigation control cabinet,a remote operation and maintenance system of irrigation control cabinet is designed in this paper.The intelligent gateway developed by this project is connected with the PLC unit of the control cabinet to obtain the running data of the device in real time,and upload the data to the cloud platform through the GPRS.Through the analysis of the data,the cloud sends the user’s WEB information such as faults and alarms.In the interface and the APP,the user can operate the device through the WEB and the APP.Through the remote operation and maintenance system,the functions of remote monitoring,fault alarm,remote debugging and downloading of irrigation control cabinet are realized,which improves the service quality of the manufacturer and saves the maintenance cost.In this paper,the data link in the remote operation and maintenance system is analyzed.It is found that the same data is transmitted many times and the invalid data flow is increased.In order to reduce the transmission of invalid data,this paper proposes a multi-level data processing mechanism,which detects the validity of the data from the device layer,the data layer and the user layer,including image monitoring,data filtering,repeated filtering,cross-layer collaboration and multi-level processing can reduce the amount of invalid data transmission.In order to realize the management of devices by multiple users with different permissions,this paper designs an implementation scheme of multi-user rights management based on RBAC access control model.The role is added between the user and the authority,the role is designed at different levels,and the data table is designed in the database,which effectively coordinates the many-to-many correspondence among the user,the equipment and the authority,and improves the flexibility of user management.In this paper,the remote operation and maintenance system is tested,including functional integrity test,performance test and compatibility test The test results show that the system meets the expected requirements and meets the practical requirements. |
