Sugarcane is the most important sugar crop source in China.It is of great significance for China's economy to ensure the yield of sugarcane.Unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)have been used more and more widely in agriculture,but how to use them in weed control in sugarcane fields has not been paid enough attention.The main purpose of this paper is to try to apply UAVs to weed control in sugarcane fields.The main results of this study are as follows:1)In sugarcane weeding operation,UAV needs to choose the appropriate flying speed and altitude.The larger the flying speed and altitude,the fewer droplets can reach the surface.When the altitude is about 1 m,it is easy to cause excessive concentration of droplets and can not be fully dispersed to the edge area,so the flying altitude should not be less than 2 m.2)Closed weeding in sugarcane field,UAV control parameters flight speed 3-3.5 m/s,flight altitude 2.5-3 m,flight spraying width 3.6-4.2 m,spraying liquid volume 1000 ml/mu;second weeding in sugarcane field,UAV control parameters flight speed 2.5-3 m/s,flight altitude 2.5-3 m,flight spraying width 3-3.6 m,spraying liquid volume 1000 Ml/mu.Under the above conditions,the number of fog droplets on the land can reach more than 100/cm~2,which can basically cover the weeds in sugarcane fields.3)A batch of herbicide products in sugarcane field have been selected for modification,which can be applied to UAV spraying.Recommendations are as follows:closed operation,the dosage of 90%Acetochlor EC + 38%Atrazine SC is 2025 g a.i./ha and 570 g a.i./ha,respectively;the removal of aconite can use 10%Halosulfuron-methyl OD 90 g a.i./ha;the second herbicide can use 38%Atrazine SC.Atrazine SC + 13%MCPA AS + 15%Mesotrione SC,UAV spraying,dosage as follows:38%Atrazine SC 1080 g a.i./ha 13%MCPA AS 450 g a.i./ha,15%Mesotrione SC 300 g a.i./ha;4)We have established a complete plant protection UAV in the sugarcane field spraying herbicide operation method,according to the test results,the control effect of herbicide can be guaranteed between 90%and 95%,closed herbicidal can achieve 95%to 100%,the effect of prevention and control is similar to that of artificial spray,and has higher efficiency.
