Forest resources are abundant in the south of China, and forestry is an important source of income for farmers. After the "three determinations" of forestry, forest farmers became the main management subjects of collective forest areas, and their management input behavior in the process of forestry growth played an important role in the development of forestry.Increasing the input of forestry production is an important means to improve the income of forestry, and the forest land transfer period as an important factor affecting the input of forestry production, there has been no consensus conclusions. The term of forest land circulation in China is short as a whole, and the use right of forest land is temporary and uncertain, which is not conducive to the scale management and long-term investment of forest land by forest operators. In order to stabilize the forest land circulation and promote the sustainable development of forestry, based on the sampling survey data of 6 counties(cities)in Zhejiang province,93 pieces of information about the inflow of bamboo forest and 108 households of Chinese fir forest land were selected. The main research conclusion is that the duration of forest land transfer has an inverted u-shaped impact on the input of forestry production. When the duration of forest land transfer is 38 years, the input of farmers to the production of bamboo forest reaches the maximum. The age of household head, the scale of forest land transfer and the number of forest land blocks have a significant negative impact on the input of the production of bamboo forest. The quantity of household labor force, household net income, forest land quality and total forest land area have significant positive effects on the production input of bamboo forest. The duration of forest land transfer was 47 years when farmers had the largest input into cedar forest production. The age of household head and the number of forest land had a significant negative impact on the input into cedar forest production. The education degree, the number of household labor force and the total area of household forest land had a significant positive impact on the input into cedar forest production.Based on the above conclusions, this paper provides relevant policy Suggestions for realizing the optimal allocation of forest resources in collective forest regions and the appropriate scale of forest management, promoting the development of forest regions, improving the intensification of forest management and stabilizing the circulation of forest rights.First, improve the market for forest right circulation and encourage large-scale forest land management;Second, strengthen capital input of labor force and improve labor transfer mechanism;Third, improve the rural social security system.
