Florfenicol is an animal-specific amide alcohol drug with broad antibacterial spectrum and small toxic side effects.It is widely used in aquaculture and veterinary clinics.In this study,florfenicol was used as the research object to study its effects on blood physiological parameters and antioxidant function of mice,and to study the regulation effect of compound recipe of the traditional Chinese medicine on blood physiological indexes and antioxidant function of florfenicol mice.The use of benicol and compound recipe of the traditional Chinese medicine provides a theoretical basis.MethodThe mice were divided into a blank group(N),a florfenicol group(FF,given 1.5 g/kg · bw florfenicol for 7 days,and then normal feeding)and a compound recipe of the traditional Chinese medicine group(administered for 7 consecutive days 1.5g/kg · bw florfenicol,compound recipe of the traditional Chinese medicine were given in the last 7 days.The recipe consists of Pulsatilla,Astragalus,Codonopsis,Atractylodes,Poria and Licorice.The high and low dose groups were TCM1 and TCM2,respectively,mixed with 2g/mL,1g/mL dose).The clinical symptoms of the mice were observed daily during the test.On the 15th day of the experiment,10 mice were randomly selected,weighed and dissected,pathological changes were observed,heart,liver,spleen,lung,kidney and thymus were taken,organ index was measured,and blood was detected by automatic animal blood cell analyzer.The contents of WBC,Gran,PLT,MONO%,NEUT%,RBC,Hb and HCT were measured by T-SOD,T-AOC,GSH-PX,CAT activity and MDA content in serum and liver.ResultCompared with the mice in normal group,the mice in the FF group had decreased appetite and had different degrees of diarrhea.The mice in FF group showed that the small intestines mucosa injury,Compared with the N group,the body weight of mice in the FF group was significantly lower(P<0.01)The spleen index,thymus index and cardiac index of the mice in FF group were significantly decreased(P<0.01 or P<0.05).WBC,Gran,PLT,MONO%,NEUT%,RBC,Hb and HCT were significantly lower in the FF group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Serum and liver T-SOD,GSH-PX and CAT,and liver T-AOC activity were significantly lower in the FF group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The serum and liver MDA levels in the FF group were significantly increased(P<0.01).The symptoms of the mice in the treatment group of the compound recipe of the traditional Chinese medicine were improved and cured quickly,the mental state and dietary desire were significantly improved,and the symptoms of diarrhea were alleviated or disappeared.Most of the mice returned to normal.The intestinal mucosa of the mice was found to reduce the degree of intestinal mucosal congestion and basically returned to normal.Compared with the FF group,the weight,the spleen index and thymus index in TCM1 and TCM2 group were significantly increased(P<0.01).WBC,PLT,MONO%,NEUT%,RBC in TCM1 and TCM2 group,Gran.PLT and HCT in TCM1 group significant increase(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The liver T-SOD and T-AOC activities,serum and liver GSH-PX and CAT activities in the TCM1 group were significantly increased(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The liver GSH-PX,serum and liver CAT activities were significantly increased in the TCM2 group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The MDA content in serum and liver of TCM1 group and the MDA content in liver of TCM2 group was significantly decreased(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion1 Administered for 7 consecutive days 1.5g/kg · bw florfenicol resulted in a decrease in appetite,diarrhea,body weight,spleen index,thymus index and cardiac index in mice.Anemia,immune function and antioxidant function in mice reduce.2 In mice treated with high dose group(2g/ml)and low dose group(lg/ml)of compound Chinese medicine,1.5g/kg · bw flurbenicol was given for 7 consecutive days,and the weight,spleen index,and thymus index of the mice increased significantly.the anemia was improved,and the immune function and antioxidant function were enhanced. |
