Hystricidae is a kind of special breed animal rapidly rising in hunan,yunnan,guangxi,heilongjiang,etc.According to the related pharmacopoeia records,the use of porcupine quills processed by pharmaceutical wine has the function of concentration and sleep,porcupine bones,brain and other aspects of medical and nutritional health have great development prospects.In view of the high added production value of porcupine,the coastal areas such as fujian and guangdong have also started the artificial domestication of porcupine and related artificial breeding technology.In this experiment,fecal samples were collected from porcupine farms and porcupine breeding units in several regions of fujian province,and systematic and comprehensive investigation of digestive tract parasite epidemiology was conducted on porcupine under the condition of artificial cultivation.This paper aims to provide important data reference for disease prevention and control of domestic porcupine in large-scale breeding by investigating the species and corresponding conditions of porcupine infection in four cities of fuzhou,zhangzhou,sanming and nanping.Conclusion:116 samples of porcupine feces were collected from breeding units in four cities,including fuzhou,zhangzhou,sanming and nanping.In the sampling survey,the infection rate of porcupine was 26.7%,the infection rate of roundworm was 38.8%,the infection rate of coccididae was 65.5%,and the infection rate of whipworm was 28.4%.
