Tobacco bacterial wilt has become one of the main obstacle factors of the development to enhance the level of tobacco production in recent years in Wenshan.In order to explore the bacterial wilt control technology,this paper carried out the excellent varieties of flue-cured tobacco bacterial wilt resistance screening test,and for the prevention and treatment of different reagents on bacterial wilt,and the current control measures and improvement measures are discussed.The main results are as follows:In order to select the suitable bacterial wilt resistance varieties of flue-cured tobacco in Wenshan tobacco growing areas,the resistance pressure test of field and tobacco quality evaluation of eight tobacco varieties such as Anyan No.2,PVH1452,K326,Yanyan 97,S1,S2,S6 and Yunyan 87 were studied.The results showed that in 8 varieties,the disease percentage of Anyan No.2 and S6 in the whole growth period was between 0.67%-34.13%and 2.37%-34.70%and disease index were between 0.07%?14.20%and 0.33%?14.17%,which have good resistance performance of tobacco agronomic and economic characters and the best chemical composition coordination,and the level of sensory quality is medium that is close to K326.In order to select effective fungicides for control of tobacco bacterial wilt,eight kinds of drugs such as streptomycin sulfate,Paenibacillus polymyxa,thiodiazole copper,metalaxyl mancozeb,Oregon,Anguohao,Bacillus subtilis,Pythium oligandrum were screened for control of tobacco bacterial wilt.The results show that the inhibitory effect of eight kinds of antiviral agents on tobacco bacterial wilt was weak.The highest rank of relative control effect of antiviral agents on bacterial wilt was Paenibacillus polymyxa,Oregon and Anguohao,which were 58.93%,56.91%and 47.94%,the tobacco field growing neatly and with strong growth potential.The second rank of the relative control effect of antiviral agents on bacterial wilt was Thiodiazole copper,Bacillus subtilis and metalaxylmancozeb,which were 35.29%,26.42%and 14.27%,the growth vigor was more homogeneous,the growth potential was medium,the agronomic traits were better than the control.The worst relative control effect of antiviral agents on bacterial wilt was streptomycin and male Pythium,especially Pythium oligandrum has almost no control effect,and has weak growth vigor,weak growth potential,the performance of agronomic traits compared to the control.Different Antiviral agents application methods on bacterial wilt were investigated.The results showed that tobacco seedlings before transplanting with 72%streptomycin 4000 times liquid dipping root then planting immediately and after transplanting 25 days with lime water 20 times to irrigate,both ways have a certain preventive effect on tobacco bacterial wilt,but the effect of the lime water treatment worse than the Metalaxyl mancozeb treatment.Agricultural processing,Tobacco seedlings used 72%streptomycin sulfate dipping root with Antiviral agents in a plastic bag placed after 12h before transplanting has better preventive effect on bacterial wilt than no dipping in Antiviral agents.According to the study results,antiviral agents on bacterial wilt control is not ideals for control bacterial wilt should adhere to the "prevention first" strategy.According study results tobacco production should be taken into account by using paenibacilluspolymyxa,thiodiazole copper,Bacillus subtilis,metalaxyl mancozeb,streptomycin and other reagents were timely prevention of tobacco bacterial wilt And streptomycin should be used dipping the root into antiviral agents liquid then placing in a plastic bag after 12h for better preventive effect on control bacterial wilt before transplanting.Anyan No.2 and S6 is better than Yunyan 87 and K326 that main cultivars of bacterial wilt resistance test and the comprehensive characters are better than or close to the main cultivars,which will be valuable to plant in wilt regional seriously.
