In recent years,the light and simplified cultivation techniques of crops in China have developed rapidly,and the rape planting area has expanded rapidly.However,due to the small size of rapeseed,there are often problems such as poor seeding quality,excessive seeding quantity,poor emergency,and weak seedlings.Therefore,it is particularly urgent and necessary to develop the pre-sowing treatment technologies for strong seedlings and full seedlings of rapeseed.In this experiment,three rapeseed varieties,Huayouza No.9,Huayouza 62 and Shengguang128,were used as research materials to develop carbon-based pellets using plant growth regulators,new biomass materials such as wood vinegar and biomass charcoal and two pre-sowing technologies: seed priming and seed pelletization.Granulated rapeseed seeds,expanding the volume of rapeseed seeds more than 1 times,laid a technical foundation for the realization of strong seedlings of planting rapeseed.Below are key research findings:1.Different concentrations of 6-BA,uniconazole priming treatment and interaction effects1.5-5mg/L cytokinin(6-BA)priming treatment can effectively accelerate the seedling emergence process of rapeseed,the average emergence time is 3.97-4.63 days,which is 9.6-22.5% shorter than the control;2.5-5mg/L6-BA priming treatment can significantly improve the final emergence rate and dry weight of rapeseed,but it inhibits the elongation of seedling roots.The root length decreases by 15.8%-30.3%;0.125-0.25mg/L uniconazole shortened the height of rapeseed seedlings,which was significantly lower than the control by 29.4-33.3%.As the concentration of uniconazole increases,the inhibition of seed germination gradually increases.The combination of 2.5mg/L 6-BA and uniconazole could relieve the germination inhibitory effect by higher concentration of uniconazole,but enhance the inhibition of root elongation by 6-BA.2.6-BA +Uniconazole+Y15 priming treatment can promote seed germination,cultivate strong seedlings,and inhibit root elongation6-BA(2.5mg/L)+Y15+Uniconazole(self-made plant growth regulator formulation)treatment accelerated the emergence process of rapeseed,and the average germination time and average emergence time were shortened by 6.5% and 13.4% compared with the control;The height of rapeseed was 49.2% shorter than that of the control.At the same time,the seedling dry weight and total dry weight were increased,and the total dry weight could be increased by 25%,which achieved the strong seedling effects.3.Dilution of 300-500 times of wood vinegar priming treatment has the best effect,which can promote the elongation of rapeseed rootsPriming treatment of wood vinegar with appropriate dilution could accelerate the emergence process of rapeseed,promote the elongation of seedling roots,increase the root-shoot ratio,and dilution of 300-500 times wood vinegar priming treatment for 12 h has the best effect.The root length can be increased by 4.2-6.2%.4.Biomass carbon pelletization is beneficial to improve seedling quality,but inhibits seed germinationBiomass carbon pelletization treatment is beneficial to the growth of seedlings,and can significantly increase the root dry weight,seedling dry weight and total dry weight of rapeseed,.The total dry weight of C40 reaches the maximum,which is 41.2% higher than the control,but it delayed the rapeseed seeds germination.The germination rate and emergence rate of the seedlings were significantly reduced,and the average germination and emergence time were significantly prolonged,The emergence rate of C40 was only 58%,which was significantly lower than the control by 32.7%.5.Interaction between seed priming and pelletizationOn the basis of 6-BA(2.5 mg / L)+ uniconazole + Y15(self-made plant growth regulator formulation)priming treatment,and then using wood vinegar,biomass carbon,etc.as raw materials for pelletization coating could effectively combine the advantages of different methods and achieve good interaction effects.Carbon-based pelletized seeds(seed priming + seed palletization)significantly accelerated the seedling emergence process of rapeseed,shortened the average germination time and average emergence time,and final emergence rate was 92.7%-94.7%;and the rapeseed seedlings quality were improved,the area of cotyledon per plant increased by 47.2%-56.6%,and the total fresh weight increased by 44.1%-45.3%.6.Carbon-based pelletized seeds(seed priming + seed palletization)can significantly promote the growth of rapeseed,delay leaf senescence,and increase field yieldIn the field,the seedling rate of carbon-based pelletized seeds(seed priming + seed palletization)can reach more than 80%,which is equivalent to the control.At the same time,carbon-based pelletized(seed priming + seed palletization)treatment shortened the seedling period by 28 d and extended the bud period by 25 d,and significantly promoted the growth of vegetative organs.Plant height,root neck thickness,leaf number,leaf area and dry weight were higher than the control.It effectively delayed leaf senescence and maintained photosynthetic activity of post-anthesis leaves in late growth stage;The number of effective pods per plant increased by 22.5%-46.2%,which ultimately increased grain yield.Different varieties could increase yield by 9.8%-28.7% compared with the control.
