Objective: A comparative study on the pharmacognosy of the vine stems of new varieties of Lonicera Japonica Huajin 2,Huajin 3,Huajin 6 and jasminum duclouxii of traditional Lonicera Japonica was carried out in this paper.To choose quality varieties,provide experimental data and scientific research basis for the development of new varieties of Lonicera Japonica.Methods: A comparative study on the pharmacognosy of Huajin 2,Huajin 3,Huajin 6 and jasminum duclouxii was carried out by means of applied pharmacognosy,including the original plant morphology,appearance morphology,microscopic characteristics and so on.HPLC method was used to compare the content of the active components by PCA,and the fingerprint of a new variety of Lonicera Japonicus was preliminarily established.The secondary structure infrared spectra of four medicinal materials were established by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The DNA barcode of different varieties of Lonicera Japonica was studied by molecular biological method,and the new variety of Lonicera Japonica was identified quickly and accurately.Results: Through the experimental research,the following results are obtained: 1 Study on pharmacognostic characters: the morphological and appearance characters of different varieties of Lonicera Japonicus were different,but there was little difference among them in microscopicidentification.2 The principal component analysis was performed on the quality of different varieties of Lonicera Japonicus by HPLC method and PCA method,and the quality synthesis of Huajin 6 was the best.3 High performance liquid phase fingerprint provides the possibility for the identification of new varieties of Lonicera Japonica.The functional groups were compared by Fourier transform infrared chromatography.No significant difference was found.4 Through the biomolecular method,it was found that the largest variation is Huajin 6,huajin 2 and Huajin 3 belonged to one,and ITS-2 was a feasible molecular marker.Conclusion: The quality of new varieties of Lonicera Japonica was evaluated by comprehensive study on the new varieties of Lonicera japonica.The variety of Huajin 6 has good appearance,high content of active components and high variability.It provides a theoretical basis for the popularization and development of the new variety of Lonicera Japonica and promotes the development of agricultural modernization.
