| Research on erythrocyte immunity,mainly in human,mammalian and chicken erythrocytes is limited.In this study,the method that transcriptome sequencing technology(RNA-Seq)was used for selecting different developmental stages by differentially expressed genes(Unigene)in chicken erythrocyte.These Unigene were then analyzed by bioinformatics,to further study the chicken erythrocyte immune molecule biology research to provide the reference.The transcriptome sequencing results stated that the 18d chicken erythrocyte gene expression as compared with 13d,a total of 319 genes were detected differentially expressed between them,including 206 up-regulated and 113 down-regulated;26d versus 13d,a total of 693 genes were detected with differentially expressed genes between them,including 421 up-regulated and 272 down-regulated;26d versus 18d,a total of 854 genes were detected differentially expressed between them,including 535 up-regulated and 319 down-regulated.On annotation to homology sequences,the Unigene sequences of NR,Swiss Prot,GO,COG and KEGG database(nearly 83%)of the Unigene can get annotation.According to the result of RNA-Seq and bioinformatics analysis,the chicken erythrocytes were the same as other mature cells,the chicken erythrocytes has comprehensive gene functions,widening participation in the biological process of organism.At the same time,with chickens age,the increase of the types of signaling pathways and genes related to immune and cell adhesion indicated the body’s immune system,the immune regulation system and adhesion ability of erythrocytes were also gradually developing. |
