In this paper,huping jujube was used as materials.The objective was to expound the effects of rain-shelter,Zao feng bao and Ke lie No.1 on fruit development and quality of huping jujube,and to provide a scientific and efficient anti-cracking method for actual production.The main results were as follows1.The fruit cracking rate and fruit cracking index of rain shelter(BYP),rain shelter + Ke lie No.1(KLYH)and rain shelter + ZaoFengBao(ZFB)were significantly reduced,which were 14.36%,16.23%and 22.2%,0.1460,0.1465 and 0.1736 lower than those of controls(CK),respectively.The fruit cracking rate and fruit cracking index of KLYH and ZFB were 1.87%and 7.84%,0.005 and 0.0276 lower than those of BYP,respectively.But the difference was not significant2.The dynamic changes of single fruit weight and horizontal and longitudinal diameters of all treatments showed double S-shaped curves,and the differences were not significant.All treatments had no significant effect on the fruit firmness and edible rate of huping jujube.The soluble solids content and soluble sugar content of each treatment gradually accumulated as the jujube grows,and the soluble solids content were not significantly different,however in middle and late August,soluble sugar content of KLYH decreased significantly,soluble sugar content of ZFB increased significantly.The titratable acid showed an upward trend,in the middle and early September,the titratable acid of KLYH increased significantly,and in the latte September,the titratable acid of ZFB decreased significantly3.The soluble solids content of mature huping jujube of BYP increased significantly,which was 5.12%higher than that of CK.There was no significant difference in the soluble sugar content,titratable acid and ascorbic acid of mature huping jujube of each treatment.Among them,compared with ZFB,the content of ascorbic acid of mature huping jujube fruits of KLYH increased significantly,which was 2.24%higher than that of ZFB4.The dried rates of huping jujube of KLYH,ZFB,and BYP were 1.79%,1.55%and 2.24%higher than those of CK,respectively.But the differences were not significant.The soluble sugar content were 0.84%,0.95%and 1.96%higher than those of CK,respectively,but the differences were not significant.The content of titratable acid were 0.17%,0.08%and 0.30%higher than those of CK,respectively.Among them,the titrating acid of dried jujube of BYP was significantly increased,and the difference was significant,but the difference of KLYH,ZFB were not significant.
