Regulation Of Pyrostegia Venusta's Growth And Its Garden Application In Xiamen

Pyrostegia venusta is a common ornamental vine in the south of China.It has strong vitality and low requirements in the conditions of the ground,which leads to lack of the research in current.This article explores different light intensities(100%full light,50%light,25%light),spray times(no spray,spray every 2 hours,spray every 4 hours),fertilization method(no fertilization,compound fertilizer,organic fertilizer,compound and organic fertilizer),in order to find the most suitable cultivation method for the growth of pyrostegia venusta,and provide theoretical basis for actual cultivation.The results are as follows:1.With increase of shading level,the leaf area,branch length,internode length and chlorophyll content increased gradually,and the flower diameter and flower length also increased significantly compared with the full-light treatment.However,the soluble sugar,the number of inflorescences,the number of flowers,specific leaf weight,the thickness of the vines,and the ground diameter gradually increased by the level of shading.The protein content and the number of draws showed a trend of medium,low and high as the level of shading increased.In addition,in the full light,plants grew weaker than the other two treatments due to sunburn,strong wind,cold,etc.,and the plants showed excessive growth under 25%full light,indicating that the light intensity was too high or too low for Pyrostegia venusta growth.Therefore,it should be properly shaded during production and application,which is conducive to promoting the robust growth of plants.2.With the decrease of the times of sprays,the leaf area,specific leaf weight,ground diameter,vine thickness,leaf's water content and chlorophyll content of the plant were gradually reduced.In the length of branches and the length of intemodes sprayed every 4 hours were better than those sprayed every 2 hours.The morphological indexes of spray treatment were significantly increased compared with those without spray treatment.The performance of protein content in leaves decreased with the times of sprays,and the content of soluble sugar and starch was lower than that without spraying.It is indicated that the regular spray in the slow seedling stage of the plant helps its vigorous growth.3.Fertilized "Funong"organic fertilizer 1500 g is beneficial to the increase of leaf area,branch length,internode length,specific leaf weight and ground diameter.The application of ACRON compound fertilizer 24.6 g is more significant for stem diameter,number of shoots and leaf water content.While compound and organic fertilizer resulted in a certain inhibitory effect due to excess nutrients,but the morphological indicators of each fertilization treatment were significantly better than the contract.Compound fertilizer is beneficial to the accumulation of soluble sugar,starch and protein in the leaves,while the organic fertilizer in the middle and late stage is more conducive to the accumulation of metabolites and maintains higher protective enzyme activity.It shows that the compound fertilizer has quick effect,but the duration is short,and the organic fertilizer fertilizer release is slow,which can supply the growth of the plant for a long time.The method of mixing compound fertilizer with organic fertilizer in Xiamen area slightly inhibited the growth of the pyrostegia venusta,and the amount of fertilizer should be reduced appropriately.This thesis also investigates the application methods and conditions of the pyrostegia venusta in Xiamen.Theoretically,pyrostegia venusta can be applied to balconies,roofs,walls,door courts,flower stands,bridges and slopes.However,in fact,the application of the pyrostegia venusta is relatively simple,the maintenance management is extensive,the level of technicalization is low,and the landscape benefits should not be exerted.Maintenance work should be carried out regularly,cut off dead,long and thin branches,chasing fertilizers,promoting plant growth and new germination.At the same time,cooperate with universities and scientific research units to develop new varieties with fast growth and stronger adaptability,explore cultivation methods that are more conducive to the growth of pyrostegia venusta,and improve the technical level of cultivation.Formulate quality standards for seedlings,strictly control the production of seedlings,prevent the spread of diseased and weak seedlings in the market,and improve the quality of seedlings.Broaden the thinking,increase the application of the pyrostegia venusta,mix with other plants,combine the surrounding environment,use the walls,fences,rocks,slopes,sheds,etc.,combined with trimming to form a new landscape,achieve the diversity of the landscape and Multi-level standard.
