China is a large agricultural country and the largest pesticide production and consumption country in the world.However,compared with developed countries,there is a large gap in pesticide utilization rate in China,and the large-scale use of pesticides has a serious impact on the safety and environment of agricultural products in China.The sprayer sprayer is commonly used as plant protection machinery,with high efficiency and good spraying quality.At present,domestic plant protection machinery studies more for orchard sprays,while relatively few research on spray for low crops,and the working distance between sprinklers can not be adjusted according to actual row spacing;for different row spacing crops,the exposed land will be sprayed with pesticides,resulting in great waste and land pollution,such as peanuts and vegetables;for leafy crops,Because of the canopy cover,it is difficult for the liquid medicine to deposit under the canopy,such as cotton,rice and so on,which leads to low utilization rate and poor pest control effect.In view of the above problems,this paper analyzes the working mechanism of Shandong Zhonghe 3WPS-300 self propelled boom sprayer,optimizes the spray system,and designs the variable line spacing target spraying system,and carries out the spray performance test.The main research contents are as follows:1)a spray system with adjustable working distance and height of the sprinkler is designed.The variable row spacing spray system can be applied to paddy fields,peanuts,cotton,Chinese cabbage,and other field crops or dryland crops,and can meet the requirements of different row spacing crops.When the plant growth cycle and the position of diseases and insect pests are below the canopy,the target can be applied by selecting the appropriate way.2)designed a control system for spray system.In this study,Arduino UNO is used as the main control core,Open MV4 as image recognition sensor,and relay and solenoid valve control.The spray system is divided into 6 working modes.In view of the fact that when the plant spacing is larger or the crop is small,the proportion of the total area of the plant area is smaller than that of the crops,and the target spray mode can be used to spray the sprinkler head to the top of the crop canopy.3)The prototype was tested in laboratory and field.The experimental results show that the difference coefficient between the spray heads of the sprayer prototype meets the national standard,and the droplet size of the sprinkler is mostly 75~400 m,which has better spray effect.The prototype can accurately implement the application of medicine,can send the nozzle to the target below the canopy,and can apply medicine to the target when the plant spacing is large or the crop is small.The system is simple,stable and reliable.It can effectively improve the utilization rate of pesticides and reduce environmental pollution.The larger the row spacing and spacing,the smaller the crown diameter of crops,the more obvious the increase of pesticide utilization rate is. |
