| As an important part of the transmission system,the clutch is responsible for the disconnection and combination of power in the transmission system.With the rapid development of machinery industry,the clutch,whether in the machinery industry,shipbuilding industry,aerospace field and so on,has a very wide range of applications,the clutch in the automotive,agricultural machinery on the field is indispensable,the clutch is mainly installed between engine and transmission,in the car drive system has played a direct role associated with the engine.Normally the clutch is mounted on the crankshaft of the engine crankshaft to cut off the po wer link between the engine and transmission system.During the start of the car,the operator can control the clutch to control the engine and the car drive system connect and cut off.So that the engine and the transmission to achieve a seamless combination without impact,etc.,to ensure the stability of the car;through the clutch opening and closing,you can also decrease the impact of the car in the shift.The clutch is equivalent to the switch,which can be cut off and the transmission of the coupling force.The active part of the clutch mechanism and the driven part can be separated and combined,and the torque is transmitted in the form of friction during transmission.Clutch actuators and followers are generally flexible.This paper is based on the cooperation between schools and companys.Under the guidance and help of Dongfeng Agricultural Machinery Group,the clutch design and performance evaluation of the clutch movement of the company has been completed.Therefore,this paper focuses on how to use business software for performance analysis of clutch,we use RecurDyn to achieve dynamic simulation analysis,the work content is as follows(1)Based on the existing CAD mode,the model of the clutch was established,and the preliminary model was established by using CATIA to facilitate subsequent follow-up with RecurDyn to improve the working efficiency.RecurDyn own integrated gear and other mechanical modules,the CATIA model of the clutch Only for non-gear construction,such as cam mechanism,pressure plate and so on.(2)Gear mechanism model is established,RecurDyn support CATIA model directly into the RecurDyn can be directly on the clutch teeth steel plate,friction plate to model.(3)The definition of the parameters of the model,the difficulty of simulation analysis is the contact parameters,stiffness and other settings,because the model is more complex,the design of contact up to 100,so the model contact parameters set directly depends on the correct analysis,Through the analysis of the principle of the software,the role of contact force and theoretical analysis,the parameters set on a full consideration analysis,the maximum guarantee model analysis of the correctness.(4)Simulation analysis and post-processing,because the model is very complex,And the model contains flexible body,Therefore,after the complete model is established,the simulation calculation period is nearly one week,so the model is not suitable for the performance evaluation of the clutch,we can simplify the design on the basis of the original model to shorten the calculation time.And after the post-processing is completed,the mathematical model is established to analyze the theory and compare with the results,and the error analysis and summary are carried out. |
