It aims to study the effects of Carboxymethylcellulose(CMC-Na)adhesive on granular Feed quality and feeding effect of growing meat rabbits.Test one,the factorial design of three factors(tempering temperature,corn granularity and CMC-Na addition ratio)is used,the best parameter combination result of test one is used,under the condition that the conventional nutrient level of the diet,the digestibility energy and the crude protein level are similar,0%,2%,4% and 6% CMC-Na adhesive addition levels are added to the diet,0%is the control group.it aims to study the effect of different level combination of three factors on starch gelatinization;test two,using a single factor randomization test design is used,The best parameter combination result of experiment one(the content ratio of CMC-Na to corn is 3: 7)is used for granulation,then determine the processing quality of granular feed.At the same time,choose 96 growing meat rabbits that are 35 days old,divided the 96 rabbits into 4 groups randomly,with 4 replications per group,6 chickens in each replicate(half male and half female),the above four CMC-Na adhesive different addition levels of diet were fed respectively.Pre feeding period is 5 days,the official feeding period is 40 days.At the end of the feeding experiment,4 rabbits in each group are taken(one for each repeat),half male and half female,slaughter them and sample,then the related indexes are measured.The results of the study are as follows:(1)Tempering temperature,grain size and ratio of CMC-Na have a extreme significant effect on the starch gelatinization degree(P<0.01),and there are extreme significant interactions between two factors and three factors(P<0.01).Without considering the interaction,the maximum gelatinization degree is obtained under their respective conditions of tempering temperature 80 degrees,grinding size 420 ?m and CMC-Na adding ratio 20%.Considering the influence of three factors on the starch gelatinization degree and the interaction of three factors,the maximum gelatinization degree(97.30%)is obtained when the temperature is 85 degrees,the particle size is 250 ?m and the ratio of CMC-Na is 30%.(2)There is no significant difference in the effect of different CMC-Na adhesive levels on the powder content of granular feed(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the CMC-Na adhesive significantly increased the hardness of the granular feed(P<0.01),and the granulated rate of the 4% and 6% supplementation group is significantly lower(P<0.01).(3)There is no significant difference in the effect of CMC-Na adhesive levels on the death rate and the ratio of feed to weight(P>0.05);CMC-Na adhesive addition levels ongrowing meat rabbits ADG has extremely significant effect(P<0.01),the average daily intake of 6% addition leavel was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01),the average daily intake of 4% addition leavel is significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).(4)The effects of CMC-Na adhesive addition levels on the water loss and cooking loss of the growing meat rabbit are not significant(P>0.05),the pH value of the 6% CMC-Na adhesive addition level group is extremely higher than the control group(P<0.01);and the shear force of the control level group is significantly higher than other groups(P<0.01),the4% level group is the lowest.(5)There is no significant difference in the effect of CMC-Na adhesive levels on relative length and relative weight of the digestive tract(P>0.05);the control group and 2%level group are significantly lower than that of 4% level group on the height of duodenal villi(P<0.01);the recess depth of 4% level group is significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);the V/C values of 4% and 6% level group are higher than others(P<0.05).(6)The effect of CMC-Na adhesive levels on cecum cellulase activity,pepsin activity,amylase activity in empty ileum and activity of trypsin in empty ileum are not significant(P>0.05);the activities of duodenal amylase in CMC-Na adhesive addition level groups are extremely higher than the control group(P<0.01),the activity of Duodenal amylase and duodenal trypsin in 4% level group is highest.In conclusion,the highest starch gelatinization degree is observed when the temperaturing temperature is 85 degrees,the corn size is 250 ?m and the ratio of CMC-Na is 30%;considering the growing performance data,4% CMC-Na adhesive addition amount is suggested.
