Oxytropis trichophora is a unique plant resource in the middle and western regions of China.At present,research on Oxytropis rapae mainly focuses on its biological characteristics.Its chemical composition,chemical activity and nutritional value are still blank.In this study,we research the chemical conpounds,nutrient components,and cytotoxicity of the aerial parts of Oxytropis trichophora and reveal its compounds type and the main toxic components.We make clear the species of alkaloids of Oxytropis trichophora.Not only enriching the chemical compounds and nutrient components of Oxytropis sp.,also to lay the foundation for its pharmacology and toxicology.Well,giving the advice to prevent and providing a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of Oxytropis trichophora.The results of the study are as follows:1.Research on chemical conpounds systemly.Chemical composition pre-experiment,hot reflux alcohol extraction,column chromatography(CC),thin layer chromatography(TLC)are used for isolation,and GC-MS spectra are used for identification of the chemical composition structures.The results showed that Oxytropis trichophora contains alkaloids,flavonoids,phenolic compounds,organic acids,saponins,quinones,volatile oils,steroids or triterpenoids,and have no cardenolide,coumarin,terpene lactone compounds.The results of GC-MS showed that the main compounds in the petroleum ether part were gamma-sitosterol(28.96),lipids(12.69%),stigmasterin(4.80%),and small amounts of olefins,aldehydes,ketones,and phenols.The main compounds in the dichloromethane part were gamma-sitosterol(30.05%),palmitic acid(8.16%),stigmasterol(4.18%),and a small amount of olefins,phenols,and alcohols.The main compounds in the ethyl acetate part were mome inositol(37.37%),salicylic acid(14.19%),megastigmatrienone(1.83%),maltol(1.26%),and trace amounts of olefins,esters,and organics acids.The main compound in the n-butanol part is mome inositol(92.75%),a small amount of megastigmatrienone(1.83%),maltol(1.26%),and traces of compounds such as phenols,aldehydes,esters,and organic acids.2 Alkaloid composition analysis.In order to make clear the species of alkaloids of Oxytropis trichophora,system extraction,TLC and GC-MS,have been used to extract and analysis Oxytropis trichophora from Tongwei of Gansu.The results were as follows: alkaline chloroform part and alkaline butanol part of Oxytropis trichophora have 4 and 2 spots respectively in thin layer;there are 22 species compound in Oxytropis trichophora with 5 alkaloids.They are sparteine,anagyrine,diphenyl guanidine,adenine,2-(1-pyrrolidinyl)-2-cyclopenten-1-one,the highest content of them was anagyrine,the relative content was 4.49%.This study indicated that there are alkaloids in Oxytropis trichophora.3.Nutrition compounds analysis : In this experiment,accordance with the determination methods of plant nutrition component and trace elements,we got the results.The contents of crude protein,crude fat,crude fiber,crude ash,neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber were 10.07%,1.17%,29.53%,13.46%,49.35% and 41.51%,respectively.The contents of Cu,Zn,Mn,Fe,CA,Mg,K and P were 7.15 mg/kg,106.19 mg/kg,58.9 mg/kg,2942.37 mg/kg,14404.02 mg/kg,4526.72 mg/kg,7874.10 mg/kg,960.00 mg/kg,respectively.In addition,it also contains 17 amino acids and the total content is 7.99%.The results showed that there are a variety of nutrients in Oxytropis trichophora.Therefore,it is an available plant resource.4.Cytotoxicity detection.The CCK-8 method was used to detect the cytotoxicity of BRL-3A and TKMC-1 cells in the extracts of the aerial parts of Oxytropis trichophora.The results showed that the cytotoxicity of each extraction site was as follows: alkaline n-butyl alcohol fragment,alkaline chloroform fragment,n-butyl alcohol,petroleum ether fragment and dichloromethane fragment.It is shown that alkaline n-butyl alcohol fragment and alkaline chloroform fragment is the main toxic part.
