Effects Of Bloodletting In Chest Acupoint On Hematological Parameters And Erythropoietin In Mongolian Equine

This experiment object to 5 horses belong to animals,On April 21,2014,bleeding the acupoint of chest 2000 ml,respectively for bleeding before and after the bloodletting in pursuance of 7 days,14 days,21 days,to discuss the acupoint of chest bloodletting therapy effects on horse physiological function.Experimental method: In Sonid Right Banner herders keep horses,randomly selected five horses,According to conventional methods chest cavity acupoint bleeding,blood volume is 2000 ml,respectively for bleeding before and after the bloodletting in pursuance of 7 days,14 days,21 days,Using automatic hematology analyzer and Automatic biochemical analyzer(IVD)and immunofluorescence method.Determination of blood sugar,lactate dehydrogenase,aspartic acid,amino transferase,alanine transaminase,urea,creatine kinase,albumin,total protein,creatinine,alkaline phosphatase,blood phosphorus,total bilirubin,globulin and erythropoietin.Experiment results analysis: Horses bleeding after has improve action inhemoglobin's content of routine bloodHorses bleeding after the content of blood of eggs has increased role in routine blood,Little effect on other indexes,such as the blood sugar,lactate dehydrogenase,aspartate amino transferase,alanine transaminase,urea,creatine kinase,albumin,total protein,creatinine,alkaline phosphatase,blood phosphorus,total bilirubin,globulin;Effect of EPO content have increased significantly.
