A Study On Touristization Of Traditional Fisheries In Tanmen Town, Qionghai, Hainan Province

With the acceleration of globalization,marine industry has become a new growth point in the world economy.The report of the 19 th National Congress clearly states that "we should adhere to the pooling of land and sea and accelerate the construction of a maritime power".The marine economy has become a powerful engine for the development of China's national economy.In recent years,Hainan Provincial Party Committee has accelerated the construction of a strong maritime province,actively participated in the national "The Belt and Road Initiative",and establishing Hainan as an important strategic fulcrum of the 21 st century Maritime Silk Road.As one of the most developed traditional fishing areas in Hainan Province,Tanmen fishermen in Qionghai City are the only group in the world continuously developing and producing in Xisha,Zhongsha,Nansha and Dongsha Islands.Retaining abundant tangible carrier,the unique traditional fishing culture of Tanmen is the typical representative of the history and culture of fishery in the South China Sea,has unique,and high cultural value,and has become an important part of Chinese marine culture.However,due to the lack of holistic planning,the unique marine culture of Tanmen is not effectively excavated and inherited.With the decrease of fishery resources in recent years,the development of traditional fishery in Tanmen has encountered bottlenecks,and the life of Tanmen fishermen has fallen into difficulties.Based on the unique marine culture of the traditional fishing industry in Tanmen,touristization is an effective way to explore,express and inherit Chinese marine culture in a special form,and to realize the economic transformation of Tanmen.Through touristization development,the traditional fishery is transformed and upgraded,the living conditions of local fishermen are improved,the regional economic structure is adjusted,and the rural revitalization of local fishing villages is promoted,thus realizing the aspirations of the Tenmen fishermen for a better life.More importantly,the tourism development of the traditional fisheries in Tanmen is of great strategic significance for safeguarding the sovereignty of China in the South China Sea,implementing the national strategy of the "belt one road" and better exploiting the resources of the South China sea.Based on the researches of scholars at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the tourist demands and the perception of local residents by means of questionnaires and interviews on the basis of data collection and field research,and puts forward principles and countermeasures for the development of traditional fishing industry in Tanmen.And they are development of the leisure fishery based on the tourism of the whole region,building a marine culture industry,shaping the international fishery brand,creating marine awareness education base;government strengthen special planning for fisheries transformation and other countermeasures to provide theoretical reference for the government to promote the sustainable development of the fishing economy and marine culture in Tanmen.
