With the rapid development of the sheep industry and the shift of production mode,large-scale and intensive farms are constantly increasing.The Total Mixed Rotion(TMR)feeding technology can simplify the sheep feeding program,reduce the manpower and improve labor Productivity,raising sheep yield levels,reducing the incidence of livestock and other advantages of being more and more farms use.Domestic research on full mixed ration mixer started late,imitation of foreign machinery there is a long time to chop,chopped uneven,high energy consumption and other issues,resulting in low feed utilization.Therefore,this paper studies the development of an auger straw chopping device,in-depth study of the chopping mechanism,a clear straw kneading mechanism for our country full mixed ration mixer chopping device design reference.The main work and conclusion of this paper are as follows:1.Maturity of the material properties of wheat straw bales research.The physical parameters of wheat straw were determined with the instrument.The results showed that the bulk density of straw was 60 kg/m~3,the friction coefficient of straw and straw was 0.5,and the friction coefficient of straw and stick was0.33.The wheat straw was cut by universal testing machine When the diameter of straw is 4mm and the moisture content is 40%,the maximum shear load is required.When the diameter of straw is 4mm and the moisture content is 25%,the required bending load is the largest.When the diameter of straw is 4mm,Is2mm,the minimum shear and bending load is required when the moisture content is 10%.The obtained data can provide reference for straw shear test research.2.Design of virtual prototyping and finite element analysis of key components.The three-dimensional design of each important part of the shredding device is carried out by SolidWorks software and the virtual assembly of the whole machine is carried out.The finite element analysis of the blade by ANSYS shows that the design of the blade can meet the normal production requirements.3.Straw kneading mechanism analysis.The straw chopping model was established and the process of kneading straw was analyzed by means of mechanical analysis and high-speed camera.The analysis of the circumferential movement of straw showed that the straw was centrifuged in area?,and the shearing of straw occurred mainly In area?,the rubbing action mainly occurred in area?and the strongest rubbing action occurred at the lowest part of the bottom shell.The convection mixed effect existed in area?and the inclination angle of the box had a great influence on the motion trajectory of straw.Movement analysis shows that straw in spiral auger,the movement is not simply a linear motion along the axial direction,but in a composite movement along the spiral axis for a spatial movement.4.straw rubbing cut test.The quadratic orthogonal rotation combination test method was used to design the test plan.The results showed that the processing times,the number of fixed knives,the cutting line speed,the number of tooth plates and the inclination angle of the box had a significant effect on the standard length of grass.The cutting line speed,Fixed knife number and cabinet angle on the average power consumption significantly.5.Parameter Optimization.Based on the consideration of high standard grass length and low average power consumption,Design-expert software was used to find the optimal solution for the test data.The range of structural parameters and motion parameters of the straw shredder was determined as follows:cutting linear velocity 17-20 m/min,the number of tooth plates is 4-7,the number of fixed knives is 20-23,the inclination angle of the box body is 70°-80°and the number of processing is 5-6 times.At this time,the standard grass length is 70.5%-77.4%The average power is 5.8~7kw.
