The finger-tray rake is an important piece of equipment for straw harvesting in the field.The conversion and utilization of straw have important practical significance for improving the ecological environment,increasing the income of farmers and herders,and promoting the sustainable development of agriculture and animal husbandry in the west.At present,the finger-disk rake is mainly designed and optimized for the forage rake.However,in the straw rake,there are problems such as high power consumption,large damage to the ground,and low efficiency.Therefore,to improve the existing forage rake as a straw rake device,improve the efficiency of corn stalk rake work,and explore the working parameters of the finger-disk rake suitable for straw rake,the paper changes the angle of straw rake and rake.The finger-disk stalk gathering test device with the travel speed and the number of teeth on the finger-disk stalks,to explore the structural parameters that affect the stalk gathering effect and the leakage rate of the raking machine;the discrete element software is used to simulate the corn stalk gathering process and combine with the raking Field test to obtain better working parameters;random spectrum analysis and fatigue life analysis are carried out for the spring teeth of the execution component of the rallying operation,and the spring teeth structure is optimized to improve its fatigue life.The research content and results are as follows:1.Analyzed the working principle of the finger-pan type straw rake,determined the movement characteristics of the rake when the corn stalks were gathered;analyzed the movement trajectory of the rake spring teeth and the spring teeth load characteristics,and established on this basis Mathematical model of the movement of the end of a spring tooth.2.Explored and determined that the machine travel speed V,the stalk gathering angleδ and the number of finger disc spring teeth n are the factors that affect the stalk gathering effect of the finger disc straw raking machine,and a multi-parameter adjustable finger is designed based on this.Pan-type straw stalk collection test device.3.Using virtual prototype technology to analyze the elastic tooth trajectory under different structural parameters of the rake,combined with the discrete element simulation results,the optimal working parameters of the straw rake meeting the requirements of the straw rake are obtained;the finger-pan type straw rake test The device has carried out a single factor test of different operating parameters,and obtained the influence of each factor on the corn stalk gathering operation of the finger tray rake.The results show that the finger tray straw rake works optimally when gathering corn stalks.The parameters refer to the disc opening angle of 130°,the tool travel speed of 10km/h,and the 40-tooth finger disc.The field test analysis results are consistent with the simulation analysis results.4.Using the fatigue analysis method based on power density to predict the service life of the improved spring teeth,the service life of the spring teeth after the improvement is significantly increased,indicating that the parameters after the improved design are more reasonable,and the finger-tray straw raking machine is effectively improved Reliability.
