With the transformation of China's agriculture from two element structure to three element structure of grain,economic crops and fodder crops,animal husbandry has gradually become the focus of China's agricultural development in the new century.and the shortage of forage resources will become an important factor restricting the development of animal husbandry.Silage maize?silage?has become an important source of roughage because of its high biological yield and rich nutritional components.Maize silage has become an important source of roughage because of its high biological yield and rich nutritional components.After cutting,crushing and kneading the corn straw,the contact area of the microorganism and grass in the ruminant's stomach is increased,which is beneficial to the degradation and fermentation,thus improving the utilization of straw digestion and improving the palaTableility of the feed.In order to better adapt to the rapid development of animal husbandry and the high quality requirement of silage,a straw kneading machine is designed.This paper mainly studies the following aspects:?1?The model of maize straw-cutting blade is esTablelished by using Solidworks software.By using the characteristics of parameterized model,the orthogonal test is carried out by changing cutting angle,cutting mode and the end line speed of blade.The results show that the cutting angle has the most significant influence on cutting force and cutting power consumption,and the cutting speed is the second,and the cutting method has the least influence.The influence of various factors on each index is analyzed synthetically,the optimal scheme is C3A2B1,that is,the cutting force and the cutting power are optimal when the cutting angle is 45 degrees and the end line speed of the blade is 28 m·s-1.The finite element numerical simulation process can provide a theoretical reference for the design of maize silage kneading machine.?2?According to the present development situation of silage kneading machine at home and abroad,combined with the characteristics of existing silage kneading machine,the design plan of silage kneading machine is preliminarily determined.Simulation results of cutting blade cutting straws based on ANSYS/LS-DYNA software.Combined with the design requirements of silage kneading machine,9RS-2 straw kneading machine is designed,and the structure and working principle of the whole machine are expounded,and the relevant technical parameters are determined.The machine is mainly composed of key components such as conveying device,feeding device and pulverizing device,and its structure and working principle are expounded,and its main structural parameters are determined.The motor is selected as the power source.According to the actual power consumption in the working process,the motor is selected to match the machine's power.The transmission scheme is formulated and the related parameters are calculated according to the structure layout.?3?The prototype is developed and the performance test is carried out.The results show that the optimum combination is A3B2C2,that is,the number of hammer piece is 32,the thickness of the hammer piece is 5 mm and the clearance of the hammer tooth is 21 mm.At this time,the straw filamentary rate can reach 95.6%,the power consumption of per ton is 1.6kW?h/t,and the productivity is 2760 kg/h.The machine works reliably,the quality and efficiency of kneading are high,and the processing cost of products is low.All indexes meet the national standard requirements of straw kneading machine.
