| Based on Beidou satellite,fishing vessel real-time monitoring system comprehensively utilizes the technologies including data mining,computer software,Beidou satellite positioning and big data analysis,which is conducive to the rational planning of fishery production and the protection of fishery resources.It also provides a scientific management method and information service for fisheries management.By processing and analyzing the data of Beidou position,reasonable voyage management and route planning for offshore fishing vesselscan can be implemented.Carrying out reasonable planning and scheduling of fishing operations,which privides advanced solutions for a series of issues,such as fishery resources exhaustion,marine environmental damage,unreasonable fishing planning and backward management of fishery resources.This study adopted the monitoring data of China Beidou satellite ship position in 2016,combined with big data management and retrieval method,automatic voyage judgment method and mathematical statistics to complete the statistics and classification of the voyage and operation time of Beidou fishing vessel in Zhejiang Province.Taking the fishing fleet of Zhejiang Province as the study object,using the improved adaptive genetic algorithm and MATLAB modeling tool,and combined with the actual dispatching principle and demand,to analyze the scheduling scheme of the fishing fleet.Firstly,based on big data optimization and retrieval method,the study optimizes the massive data of Beidou fishing vessel,which greatly improves the efficiency of storing and querying Beidou data,and attempts to use automatic voyage extraction method for the first time.Using the data of Beidou fishing vessel to complete the extraction operation of the voyage and operation time of the fishing boats in Zhejiang Province,and based on the data of Beidou ship’s position,to determine the temporal and spatial variation of the voyage number and the operating time of the fishing boats in Zhejiang Province.It has certain significance to study the change of fishing vessel’s voyage and operation intensity.By using Beidou fishing vessel data and Zhejiang fishing ground data,and combining with the principle and demand of fishing vessel scheduling,algorithm model of offshore fishing fleet scheduling path planning is completed.The standard genetic algorithm is optimized,and the improved adaptive genetic algorithm is used for the first time to study the scheduling scheme of Zhejiang offshore fishing fleet.The optimal cost solution of fishing vessel scheduling is simulated by simulation analysis.The advantages of the improved adaptive genetic algorithm are compared with the standard genetic algorithm.The main results of this study include the following:1)This study provides a method of ship voyage judgement based on Beidou ship’s position data,which can intuitively understand the offshore fishing situation of fishing vessels every year,and provide the management basis for the fisheries management departments.Through the study of more than 4500 offshore fishing vessels with Beidouka card number in Zhejiang Province,it is found that the total voyage number of Zhejiang fishing vessels is mainly within the range of 1-30,and more than 1/2 fishing vessels go out to sea for fishing 11-30 times a year.The accumulated days of fishing boats in Zhejiang are mostly concentrated in the range of 50 days to 150 days,and the longest sailing time can be up to 220 days around.The cumulative voyage number and sailing time of fishing boats of Zhejiang Province in different months are counted respectively.It can be concluded that there is a great difference in the monthly sailing time,among which the cumulative sailing time between September and November is the longest,and the total voyage number is 115000.The month with the highest number of voyage corresponds to the sailing time,which is between September and November.2)The principles of fleet scheduling for offshore fishing vessels are analyzed,including the principle of punctuality,the principle of minimum carbon emissions and the principle of mutual assistance in fisheries safety.According to these principles,the model of fleet scheduling of offshore fishing vessels is established.The objective of the model is the minimum sailing distance and the lowest carbon emission.The costs includes the fixed cost of each voyage,cost of fishing vessel sailing distance,the time coefficient of fishing season and the cost of carbon emission.Then the model is analyzed and solved with genetic algorithm,and the genetic algorithm is improved according to the practical application scene of fishing vessel scheduling,which solves the problem that genetic algorithm is easy to fall into the issue of premature convergence,and makes the analysis result of the model more accurate.The scheduling route of offshore fishing fleet is simulated by MATLAB software,and the sailing route of each fishing vessel is analyzed.Finally,the improved adaptive genetic algorithm is compared with the standard genetic algorithm.The results show that the quality of adaptive genetic algorithm in optimal solution is higher than that of the standard genetic algorithm.Besides,the computing time of solution algorithm is also less than that of the standard genetic algorithm. |
