| For the past few years,due to the rise of land transfer policy,agricultural cooperatives and other large-scale operating entities have appeared,which promoted the formation of agricultural machinery service organizations and the emergence of socialized services.however,there are still some problems in agricultural machinery operation.at present,agricultural machinery operation presents some problems such as unbalanced supply and demand,backward scheduling level,low operation efficiency and unreasonable resource allocation.As Sha Wan County Hongji Agricultural Cooperative as the research object,through the research and analysis of the current agricultural machinery scheduling methods,and combining with the characteristics of agricultural machinery scheduling problems,the establishment of a multi-factor constrained agricultural machinery scheduling method with time window,and designed a solution method based on genetic algorithm,and finally through the test data set and case simulation to verify the model and algorithm.the main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)In view of the order-origented service mode of agricultural machinery represented by agricultural cooperatives,a multi-factor agricultural machinery scheduling many influnencing factors such as farm operation site,farm machinery warehouse,farm machinery space transfer and operation time,combining with the actual characteristics of farm machinery operation and the analysis of current agricultural machinery scheduling problems.compared with the traditional agricultural machinery scheduling model,the multi-factor agricultural machinery scheduling model established in this paper integrates multiple farm operations,multiple agricultural machinery depots,multiple vehicle types,operation time,agricultural machinery operation matching rules and other constraints at the same time,so that the model is suitable for agricultural machinery operations with a services scope and a larger operation scale.(2)Aiming at the established multi-factor agricultural machinery scheduling model,the actual characteristics of the agricultural machinery scheduling problem were analyzed in detail,the appropriate agricultural machinery scheduling method was selected.and then an improved genetic algorithm with multi-objective constraints was designed to solve the problem.finally,using actual data to simulate experiments,the superiority of the improved algorithm in this paper is compared with hat in literature,the experiment result shows that then the number of farmland changes and the number of agricultural machinery is determined,the average cost of the proposed algorithm is reduced by 6% compared with that of the literature algorithm,which proves the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.(3)In Sha wan county acer scheduling platform based on the date of,According to the actual situation of agricultural machinery dispatching in Shawan County Hongji agricultural cooperative,the software design and programming of agricultural machinery dispatching system and the construction of database are completed,and according to the demand analysis of the agricultural machinery scheduling system is divided into vehicle monitoring and information management,visualization,data check,query,plan scheduling and task module,and the function of each module are introduced in detail.finally,the system program is run and tested,the results show that the system can realize the function of agricultural machinery scheduling path leading,assist the administrator to carry out agricultural machinery dispatching and agricultural machinery and tools management,and preliminarily realize the effect of optimizing job scheduling. |
