| The modern pig breeding industry has developed rapidly,and the farming model has gradually shifted to scale and automation.At present,domestic large-scale farming has not yet been popularized,the breeding equipment and management level are relatively backward,the breeding cost is high,the domestic breeding model is improved,and the breeding efficiency is improved.It is very necessary.With the application of Internet of Things technology in the agricultural field becoming more and more mature,building digitized and intelligent farming systems through the Internet of Things technology has become a research hotspot in the current domestic pig breeding.On the basis of summarizing the relevant research in the pig breeding field,this article has designed an IOT pig breeding system.System hardware is mainly composed of Siemens PLC224 XP,dynamic electronic scales,automatic doors,feeders,information acquisition equipment(RFID readers,etc.),touch screens,and remote terminals.The software system is a Winform-based remote monitoring system developed under the Microsoft.NET platform to realize real-time monitoring of pig farm information and pig breeding management.The system uses RFID technology to quickly identify the pig’s identity.The pig’s weight data is collected through the electronic scale and transmitted to the remote server through the GPRS remote communication module.In the measurement process,a PLC-based weight gain data is designed to design a PLC-based weight data.The automatic door realizes independent measurement of pigs.For the fluctuation of pigs walking on the weighing platform and the disturbance of the complex environment of the pig farm,the wavelet analysis method was used to decompose and reconstruct the weighing signal.The heuristic improved threshold method was used to denoise the five layers of db3 wavelet basis functions.,Experiments show that processing dynamic weighing signals through this method can better improve the weighing accuracy,and provide the basis for the subsequent construction of feeding expert system.Using GPRS long-distance communication technology to remotely monitor pig farms,the system uses Visual Studio 2013 as an integrated development environment,and uses C# language to develop a Socket-based remote monitoring system to realize automatic recording of farm farming parameters and control of field devices.The experimental test shows that the system is reliable,accurate measurement parameters,can automatically identify the pig identity,collect pig weight information and feed it,use wavelet analysis method to process the weighing data,the maximum measurement error is 0.31%;human-machine interface is friendly,adapt to the Internet of things intelligence Management needs. |
