In order to solve the problems of poor picking performance and short service life of homemade picking spindles,the optimum tooth profile of hook tooth of the spindle was determined by analysis of by analyzing the variation of spindle shape.In the seed cotton winding stage and stripping stage,the mathematical relationship between the geometric parameters of the hook tooth and the friction force of the winding and the stripping of the cotton is determined by the analysis of the force of the seed cotton.The performance of the spindles determines the service life and economic cost of the spindles,the three failure modes of the spindle,such as the abrasion of the hook tooth,the break of the hook tooth and the fracture of the head,and the main reasons for failure of spindles are obtained.By controlling the temperature during the processing of the spindle Cr coating,its internal structure is improved,and the abrasion performance of the Cr coating of the spindle is improved.The method of laser cladding is used to strengthen the surface of the spindle.For the common spindle material 20 Cr,20CrMnTi,and 20 Mn,the numerical analysis is performed under the same load to determine the most suitable material for spindle.On the premise of friction theory and on the basis of the theory of strength,the parameters of the spindle are optimized and the service life and life of the spindle are improved.Aiming at the problems of poor processing precision and low processing efficiency of homemade spindles,the analysis of spindle processing technology is propose,a method for forming the spindle hook tooth group by using the metal saw group is put forward.By analyzing the special tool model of the hook tooth group,it is further confirmed that the forming method can achieve the processing of the hook tooth group;A special molding equipment model for the hook tooth group was established to lay a theoretical foundation for the development of special intelligent equipment for following spindle picking,and establishing the attitude matrix of tool processing based on the geometric characteristics of spindles;The three degree of freedom is taken as the analysis object and the coordinate transformation is carried out relative to the world coordinate.The transformation matrix is set up.The joint angle of the variable axis of the three degrees of freedom is obtained according to the relation between the attitude matrix and the transformation matrix.The MATLAB robot toolbox is used to complete the three degrees of freedom variable axis dynamic simulation to verify the correctness of its dynamic analysis.Use ANSYS to analyze the stress and strain of common spindles under the same working conditions of spindles to determine the most suitable material for the spindles.Using the motion process interference function of the UG motion simulation module to dry the machining tools and virtual blanks according to the machine tool processing process.Interfering with the consistency of the three-dimensional model of the molded part and the spindle,verifying the correctness of the machine tool design,tool design,and the tool processing path;through comparison and analysis of cross-sections of homemade spindles and imports,it is determined that there are more stomas and uneven carburization of domestic spindles.The thickness of the carburized layer and the chrome plating layer is not the same,and there are moremicro cracks.This is the main reason for the poor performance of domestic spindles.The process of spindle picking is simulated on the NC lathe to explore the change of seed cotton fiber.
