Effects Of Different Trellis On V.davidii Foex.Growth Characteristics,Physiological Characteristics And Wine Quality Of Stab

V.davidii Foex belongs to the East Asian population,mainly distributed in the eastern,western and coastal areas of China,for perennial leaves.And as vines,the growth of the grapevine requires a other deficiencies.This test selected three kinds of V.davidii Foex types----mi V.davidii Foex,xiang zhen zhu V.davidii Foex and ziqiu V.davidii Foex,frames were respectively the horizontal scaffolding,the combination frame of fence and scaffolding and the double cross V-shaped frame,the effects of the growth characteristics,the fruit quality,the physiological characteristics and the quality of the wine on the growth characteristics,the results and the improvement of the quality of the wine were selected,to promote the standardization of grape and thorn wine industry standardization and industrialization process,in order to achieve the grape field mechanization to provide a certain theoretical and technical support,but also to improve the safety of the wine in the international and domestic market competitiveness.(1)The results of the test on the growth characteristics of the grapevine from different frame types show that,the use of the horizontal scaffolding in the number of fruit branches,fruit set and the results of the coefficient are higher than the combination frame of fence and scaffolding and the double cross V-shaped frame;In germination rate,the double cross V-shaped frame is higher,followed by the combination frame of fence and scaffolding and the horizontal scaffolding.In the direction of the length and thickness of the branches and branches of the grape,the test results are the same as the germination rate,the double cross V-shaped frame is higher,followed by the combination frame of fence and scaffolding and the horizontal scaffolding.(2)Different frame style to the physiological Index of V.davidii Foex leaves of the test is showed that,with the area of V.davidii Foex leaves,In the upper part of the frame,the difference between the three racks is not significant;The lower part of the frame is larger than the upper part of the frame,And the double cross V-shaped frame is higher than the the combination frame of fence and scaffolding and the horizontal scaffolding,there is a significant difference between the three frame styles.About leaf chlorophyll content,using the horizontal scaffolding is significantly higher than the the combination frame of fence and the double cross V-shaped frame,And the upper blade content of the frame is higher than that of the lower part of the frame.(3)Different frame style to the Photosynthesis characteristic Index of V.davidii Foex of the test is showed that,about the changes in sunshine light intensity,using the horizontal scaffolding is significantly higher than the combination frame of fence and scaffolding and the double cross V-shaped frame.About the diurnal changes and quarterly change of net photosynthetic rate,the diurnal changes of net photosynthetic rate is similar to the changes in sunshine light intensity,and the photosynthetic rate of the grapevine leaves was significantly higher than that of the other two kinds of shelves.The results of daily variation of net photosynthetic rate was showed that the photosynthetic rate of the larvae was significantly higher than that of the other two frame styles.(4)Under the three frame styles,different types of of V.davidii Foex in fruit appearance quality,there was no significant difference in color,fruit weight,fruit aspect ratio,tightness and uniformity,but the horizontal scaffolding has a significant difference between the yield per mu,the single ear weight and the ear length and the other two kinds of shelves,and the difference between the the combination frame of fence and scaffolding and the double cross V-shaped frame is not significant.different types of of V.davidii Foex in fruit inner quality,the difference of in the sugar and acid,anthocyanin and soluble solids si significant,the overall scaffolding scaffolding is better than the other two kinds of rack.In the three kinds of racks,the three kinds of racks showed an increasing trend for the metabolism of carbohydrate after the different maturation time,but the content of the scaffolding was higher than the other two kinds of racks,and the speed increased The content of tartaric acid was lower than that of carbohydrate,and the content of tartaric acid was not significant in the three kinds of frame,and malic acid showed a decreasing trend.(5)By selecting the different styles under the thorn grapes brewing into the type of thorn wine,the experiments shows that,about the degree of alcohol and wine,the three kinds of frame styles were significantly different,using the horizontal scaffolding under the thorn grape fruit brewing spear wine content is higher,followed by the combination frame of fence and scaffolding,and the use of double cross V-shaped wine color Low;and for tannins and total phenol and other ingredients,the three kinds of frame styles under the difference was not significant.(6)Comparison of characteristics of growth characteristics,changes of physiological characteristics and effects of brewing quality under different frame,in Changsha,Hunan Province,there were no significant differences among the three species of grapevine under the same framel;for the
