Rapeseed is China's major oil crops,perennial acreage reached 100 million mu,is the main source of edible vegetable oil.However,China's edible vegetable oil self-sufficiency rate of less than 40%,it is necessary to vigorously develop the rapeseed industry to protect the supply of edible vegetable oil supply security.The rapeseed segmentation harvested the full use of the biological characteristics of rapeseed ripening,in ensuring the maturity of rapeseed maturity,reduce the loss of harvest circumstances,shorten the rapeseed field growing season,combined with China's main rapeseed-Yangtze River Basin " This paper aims to promote the rapeseed mechanized segmentation harvest in China,and designs a rapeseed cutting machine which can be mounted on the chassis of the existing combine harvester.The following aspects of the research work:(1)The characteristics of direct rapeseed material in the River Basin were determined.The average height of the rape plants was 1433.3mm,the average number of branches was 5.4,the average height of the first branch was 516.8mm,the maximum diameter of the horn layer was The average friction angle of rapeseed plant was 724.6mm,and the minimum friction angle of the same material was 25.31° for the same material.The parameters of this series were the basis for the design of rape cutting machine.(2)Designed 4SY-2.2 rape cut sun cutting table.The laying conveyance device was designed to determine the length of the teeth of 120mm.The movement law of the rape plants in the laying conveyer was analyzed,and the conditions of the smooth delivery of the rapeseed plants in the laying conveyer were analyzed.And the rape plants were removed from the laying stage,the general expression of rapeseed plants in the field was put out.The sub-Wo device was designed to reduce the loss of dividends,and the structure size and installation size were determined.The working parameters,structural parameters,installation position and adjustment range of the Wohe wheel were determined,and the cutting device was selected to analyze the movement process of the knives and the motion parameters of the cutting device were determined.The average speed of the knife is 1.36m/s.(3)The performance of 4SY-2.2 rape shredding table was studied experimentally.A rapeseed cutting table was constructed by dividing the cutting device,cutting device,wiping wheel,laying conveyor,transmission system and so on.The coefficient of variation and the variation coefficient of laying thickness were used as experimental evaluation indexes.The three main motion parameters(conveyor conveyor speed,machine speed,cutting table inclination angle)of the quality of rape drying machine were tested.The single stage and quadratic orthogonal rotation test were carried out.The results of single factor test show that the coefficient of variation of the laying angle of rape plants can be satisfied at the same time as the conveying speed vs = 3.2m/s,and the variation coefficient of laying thickness is low.The machine speed is vm = 1.2m/s,The coefficient of variation of the laying angle of the rape was the lowest,and the variation coefficient of the laying angle was low.When the inclination angle of the cutting table was ? = 25°,the coefficient of variation and the variation coefficient of the laying thickness lowest.The results of quadratic orthogonal rotation test showed that the influence of each factor on the distribution coefficient of rapeseed plant was mainly from the order of conveyor chain speed,cutting table inclination and machine speed.The thickness variation of rape plants was The influence of the coefficient is significant,which is the angle of cutting table,conveyor speed and machine speed.Get the optimal combination of parameters for the cutting table inclination of 21.96°,the conveyor chain speed of 3.08m/s,the machine forward speed of 1.06m/s.The experimental results show that the software analysis is credible.The results are in good agreement with the software analysis.(4)Conducted field validation tests.The production of a rake,cutting device,set Wo round,laying conveyor,transmission system composed of rape cut sun cutting Taiwan;4LZ(Y)-1.8 rapeseed combine harvester was field-tested The main parameters are the parameters(the inclination angle of the cutting table is 22 °,the conveying chain speed is 3m/s and the machine forward speed is 1.1m/s)according to the optimal parameter combination of the software.The results show that the rape cutting function To achieve effective cutting of rapeseed plants,effective sub-Wo and effective laying delivery,while conducive to cutting the rape stem after ripe,rape picking machine to pick up the design requirements.
