Along with the development of the society?environmental protection is a sloganwhich is loudly advocated. Rubbish quantity and cost can be reduced if we can change therubbish into raw material for secondary utilized. Windrow turner is the equipment that cando it by stir, quit and mix. Complex load can be loaded by the frame of the turner which asa loaded part. According to the requirement, weight loss and meet stress condition, thesensitivity factor is searched. Based on the analytical purpose, robust design and FEAmethod are applied to composite evaluation. This thesis starts to work around the twomethods. The purpose of this analysis is to strengthen the frame and make preparation forrobust design. Specific content as shown below:Firstly, Solidworks2012is applied to build the3D model and hypermesh is applied topre-process. Boundary condition and static?dynamic load are discussed, and the bendingand torsion conditions are analyzed. According to the analysis result, improved project beproposed.Secondly, dynamic model analysis is necessary after analyzed static analysis,constraint model and no constraint model. The frequency is compared to the engineexcitation frequency, the vibration weakness location is strengthened and both beamelement and shell element are built in the model.Lastly, robust design is applied after static and dynamic analysis. It is the mostimportant. The thickness of plates is defined design variable that can be controlled. Andthe tolerance is took into consideration, the max stress and total mass as the objectivefunction.Orthogonal design is done to optimal design through inner and outer tables. Astwo targets are conflict, the optimal and sensitivity factor confirmed by weight factor. Theresult shows that mass is less in range of stress, and small tolerance sheet plate is appliedto the sensitivity factor. Software is developed to calculate it because of the complexcalculationAccording to the requirement of analysis, FEA method and Robust design areassociated to optimize and solve the strength weakness location and overweight problem,which make up the blank in this field. According the revised project to produce theproduct, it has been sold to the customers with no quality problem. So it can verify therationality of design and validity of optimization.
