| Animal husbandry is one of the important components of agriculture.Its sustainable development is closely related to the national economy and people’s life。At present,the development process of modern animal husbandry in C hina has reached the third stage,which the situation of family farms is the initial formation of regionalization,large-scale farming continues to increase,standardization of production efforts to increase,but also faces many challenges,such as environmental pressures,human resources,lacking of scientific and technological support,food safety,industry restructuring and so on.After the founding of new China,China’s agricultural economic organization has undergone four reforms,the first land reform,agricultural cooperation,people’s commune and household contract responsibility system,respectively.Economic organization has important effect on the development of animal husbandry.There are seven farm models,such as individual household,professional household,family farm,professional cooperative agency of farmers,agricultural enterprise,professional service corporation.It is necessary to explore the farm model for animal husbandry in C hina.Aiming at the main problems and challenges in the development of animal husbandry in C hina at present,in this paper we discussed the model of animal husbandry in C hina,and analyzed the characteristics of family farm in the United States,Germany,Japan and other countries,compared the difference of management model between Guangdong Wen’s Food Limited Group,Henan Muyuan Food Limited Group and Sichuan Tieqilishi group.This paper explains the relationship between the management model and economic model of animal husbandry and the development direction of animal husbandry business model in China and give suggestions on the development of company + family farm" model in animal husbandry,from the enterprise,industry,and government point of view.It is believed that the business model of the combination of company and family farm has certain vitality and prospect in the development of animal husbandr y.We describe the characteristics of business model of Guangdong Wen’s Food Limited Group.The model of the combination of company and family farm should be the direction of the development of animal husbandry in China.This paper puts forward six suggestions on the development of company + family farm model,to deep the company’s research efforts to improve the overall level of productivity,to extend the industrial chain,to improve the competitiveness of family farms,to provide guidance and norms to industry and enterprises,to build perfect service system and the industry organizations to play a greater role respectively. |
