Study On Potential Of New Paddy Field In Guangdong Province

With the continuous improvement of the new urbanization level,a large number of arable land will be occupied.The implementation of both the number of cultivated land and quality protection,protection of arable land resources,improve the quality of cultivated land has risen to national strategy cultivated land has risen to national strategy.In this context that the contradiction between man and land is prominent,and the potential of farmland renovation is becoming scarce,'Quality upgrading,combined with modified' is becoming an innovative measure to implement the policy of balance of cultivated land.In this paper,taking Guangdong Province as an example,the potential of new paddy fields is evaluated,and the key areas are designated as the reference space for the new space allocation and project implementation.The main contents are as follows:(1)Evaluation of new paddy field suitability.Based on the Delphi method,the evaluation index system of paddy field suitability was constructed,and the index weight was determined according to the analytic hierarchy process.Using GIS spatial analysis technique,the new paddy field suitability evaluation was carried out according to the potential sources respectively for dry land,adjustable land,unused land and existing supplementary cultivated land.The suitability level of this paper is divided into four levels,and the result is the basis for the new paddy field potential estimation.(2)Estimation of new paddy field potential.Based on the evaluation of the new paddy field suitability,the potential coefficient model was constructed to measure the additional paddy field potential of dry land,adjustable land type,unused land and existing supplementary cultivated land respectively.The results showed that there were 94356.16 hectares of new paddy field potential,33434.07 hectares of Zhanjiang City,and the potential of Yunfu City,Zhuhai City,Dongguan City and Zhongshan City were 466.52 hectares,413.41 hectares,410.73 hectares,357.51 hectares,and the remaining grade cities have a potential of between 1,000 hectares and 10,000 hectares.(3)Delineation of new paddy field key areas.The new paddy field key area is based on the evaluation of new paddy field potential,and the county level administrative area is the evaluation unit,and the new paddy field potential,water and soil resource matching degree,local finance and division priority grade are comprehensively considered.The results show that the first-level areas are Haifeng County,Heshan City,Huilai County and other 21 counties,the second-level areas are Chaonan District,Chaoyang District,Conghua District,a total of 13 counties,the third-level area Boluo County Chaoan County,Doumen District and other 15 counties.
