Transplanter mechanism are the main working parts of rice transplanter,the main work of it is to divide numbers of seedlings and then insert it into the soil,it can be regarded as one of the manipulators,the pros and cons of its performance nfluence the working reliability of transplanter,planting quality and frequency,than impact the overall level of the transplanter and competitiveness.the main attack direction of the researchers in this field is Analysis of the mechanism,optimization and innovation research.Modern agriculture high-speed transplanter put high demands on gear of the mechanism operation stability and reliability of the.Further study of various influence factors of gear transmission,has a certain guiding role to improve the gear bearing capacity and stability.Based on hybrid transplanting mechanism with planetary gear as the main research object,use nonlinear finite element method(fem)on the research.1.In 3D modeling mechanism software Soildworks model parts,assembling of the parts,for virtual simulation in ADAMS software.set up the virtual models;Through the kinematics and dynamics simulation analysis,get the non-circular gear and eccentric gear rotational speed and torque,pick up the gear pair state under the limit state.2.Simple introduce finite element analysis method,make C AE simulation analysisthe mechanism ofnon-circular gear and eccentric gear contact,verified the accuracy of the finite element analysis of ABAQUS,discuss the friction factor on the influence of gear contact stress,check the gear strength and rigidity.make dynamic simulation of contact analysiso under the limit condition of gear engagement.3.Introduces the theory of tooth profile modification,points out the necessity of gear modification;Combined with finite element analysis results and modification principle,obtained the image of the overhaul,the length of the modification,and modification of curves of the tooth profile modification.compared with no modification gear,make contact analysis of The modification gear,find out the advantage of gear modification.Got in the process of meshing gear load change law of tooth profile modification can better improve the load mutation phenomenon in the process of gear transmission.Got load change rule in the process of meshing gear,this shows that tooth profile modification can better improve the load mutation phenomenon in the process of gear transmission.4.Simple introduced the fatigue damage theory,use finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench,to make the static structure analysis on the center shaft,and then make the fatigue life analysis,got the fatigue life of the center shaft,make the sensitivity analysis.5.Using ANSYS Workbench software to make the fatigue life of structure optimization of the center shaft,found out the reasonable structure of center shaft on the meet the requirements of the fatigue life.6.Make modal analysis on the transmission system,to avoid resonance phenomenon caused by agency working frequency and inherent frequency.
