Rice bowl seedling transplanting technology has many advantages, such as keepingseedlings upright, growing faster, tillering earlier and having great effects in increasing riceproduction. The research of rice bowl seedling transplanting machinery is more and moreimportant in our country. Because of using structure of bar, the internal rice bowl seedlingtransplanting mechanisms is ineffective and can not improve work efficiency. The imported ricebowl seedling transplanting mechanisms is expensive,complicated and the demand of seedling ishigh. In order to meet the demands of domestic farmers who need rice bowl seedlingtransplanting mechanisms, this paper comes up with a new type of rice bowl seedlingtransplanting mechanism which the transplanter can achieve high efficient transplanting ricebowl seedling transplanting mechanism of planetary gear train with non-circular gears andincomplete non-circular gear.The main contents of this paper are listed as bellow:1) Through comparative analysis of rice bowl seedling transplanting mechanisms at homeand abroad, this paper comes up with a type of rice bowl seedling transplanting mechanismwhich use planetary gear train with non-circular gears and incomplete non-circular gear as drivedisk assembly and design a non-circular gear equation according to the demand of agronomicand rice bowl seedling transplanting mechanism posture.2) Introduce the work principle of the rice bowl seedling transplanting mechanism, build thekinematics model and analyze the transmission characteristics of the mechanism in order to laythe foundation of auxiliary optimization software.3) This paper develop the software of aided analysis and optimization of rice bowl seedlingtransplanting mechanism based on the analysis of rice bowl seedling transplanting mechanism andintroduce function module of this software.4) Find out the influence law of parameters on the optimization goals based on the softwareand search a group of parameters which can satisfy the requirement of optimization goals: a=15.814, b=0.55, c=0.6, α=288, λ=46, δ=26, φ0=76, S=152mm, H=180mm。5) Design the overall structure and complete two-dimensional drawings of all parts inCAD2008. Design a new type of transplanting arm in order to prevent the interference betweentransplanting arms. Design a set of buffer device to relieve the impact between concave locking institution and convex locking institution.6) Establish the three-dimensional model of this rice bowl seedling transplantingmechanism and complete the assembly in UG and conduct dynamic simulation of thismechanism and make kinematics analysis of the simulation results in ADAMAS.This paper find out the influence law of parameters on the optimization goals and search agroup of parameters which can satisfy the requirement of optimization parameters based on thesoftware. Complete the two-dimensional model and the assembly of the three-dimensional model.Conduct dynamic simulation of this mechanism and make kinematics analysis of the simulationresults in order to the feasibility of theoretical model. |
